Come enjoy the lagoon life at "Teal & Tonic" for a much needed getaway! Teal & Tonic is a 3 bedroom beach house located directly on Little Lagoon on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. The home offers amazing views of both the lagoon and the gulf, as you're located right on the lagoon and only a 2 minute walk away from the beach! Teal & Tonic has lots to offer, with 2 large covered balconies, a private fishing pier, private lagoon beach, and more!

All 3 bedrooms at this beach home are cozy and chic, sure to provide exactly the rest you will need after a day in the sun! The spacious Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are located on the 1st floor, both with King beds and private bathrooms. On the 2nd floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and quaint dining area. Also on this floor is the 3rd bedroom, with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. Finally, the 3rd floor offers bonus sleeping space in a loft bedroom! Here you'll find 2 full beds and a twin day bed. Total sleeping capacity is 15 guests.

Spring Break Fun at Teal & Tonic

We stayed at Teal & Tonic with 8 high school girls and 2 moms for Spring Break. The set-up of the home worked great with the mom's downstairs and the girls upstairs. The large kitchen and island made for fun and convenient meals. The multiple decks around the home were used by all. The property offered timely communications, allowing for easy check-in and out. We didn't need any maintenance or property help, but I'm confident any requests would have been responded to quickly. Thank you, Teal & Tonic, for a wonderful stay!

Great location

Check-in was easy. There was plenty of room for our large family. Our kids ages range from 4-16 & everyone enjoyed our stay. The property is on the lagoon side that has a nice little private slice of the lagoon where my boys liked to play. Its a great spot to watch the birds, fish jump out of the water, & we saw a lot of crab.To get to the beach was a short walk across the street. We loved the location! Quiet, close to everything ,but far enough out from the busy areas. My only issues were that the beach area by the lagoon had a lot of trash left and the cushions at the breakfast nook were really flat. Other than that everything was great and we definitely recommend staying at Teal & Tonic if you have a big group visiting Gulf Shores! watch

Absolutely amazing! The rental was clean, perfect rooms and views that everyone adored! The kitchen was beautiful and the bathrooms evenly spread throughout the house for guests and our needs. Would def look into renting again!

Property was clean and beautiful upon arrival! Communication with the property management company was easy and they were great to work with. The view is great, the location is a short walk across the street to the beach. I had zero issues during our week long stay and we loved everything about this beach house!

Overall our stay was nice. The dishwasher stopped working three days in to our stay and it was not repaired while we were there. The cleanliness wasn't the greatest (we founds fingernails and glitter on the floor, and hairs in the wash cloths), but it wasn't terrible either. The property description was accurate, the house fit all 12 of us comfortably, and the beach was right across the street.

Absolutely loved this house!

We enjoyed this house! Very clean, comfortable beds, great views and loved the layout! It was just our family, but definitely enough room for 2! Reached out to rental company regarding cleaning supplies and response was immediate. So if you plan on cooking, just bring dish soap and sponge to clean dishes. Thanks for the stay and would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

This house is amazing. Plenty of space for everyone, it was very clean and well taken care of. Communication with property management was excellent. We especially enjoyed having the lagoon in the backyard for the kids to play in after we came home from our beach days or in the mornings after breakfast. Would recommend to everyone!

Cute, spacious house with a great view!

Family vacation 2022

We had 10 adults, 2 teens, a 4 year old, and an 11 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property has gorgeous views and easy access to the beach as well as a small private beach on the lagoon. It was beautiful inside and out. The kitchen/ living room was open and airy with plenty of seating. Lots of decks/patio space and plenty of seating there as well. We did have a small issue with a leaky toilet, but maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. Highly recommend!!

Spring Break Awesomeness

Overall, this house exceeded our expectations. With it being so low priced online, I didn’t have high expectations for it. But it was GREAT! Highly recommend staying here. It was awesome to have our own little mini beach in our backyard and so many patios.
