This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

San Carlos 308 this adorable two bedroom Gulf front condo is beautiful. From the fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops for meal preparation to the breathtaking view of the sugar white sand and turquoise water. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the extra-large balcony that has plenty of seating for everyone to watch dolphins play in the Gulf or the sun rise and set. Wood plank laminate flooring throughout the condo only enhances the beautiful décor the owner carefully chose.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed flat screen TV adjoining bathroom with a walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Sliding glass doors in the primary enter onto the balcony. To enhance your vacation stay the property there is an immaculate zero entry pool the perfect way to enter the pool. The state of the art exercise room faces the gulf with floor to ceiling windows and a sauna to pamper yourself after your workout. BBQ grill and Wi-Fi. San 308 is walking distance to The Hangout restaurants shops and attractions. ----

Do better

Walked into the room and instantly seen greasy hand prints on the counter. Coffee pot was filthy. Master bathroom shower soap holder was rusty and had soap all over it. The shower floor was nasty. The tub didnt work. Has beek a week and am still waiting on mngmt to call me back. The best thing was the refridgerator. The pool was down, as well. After i checked out mngmt called to fix the tub but it was literally right after check out. So again still waiting on the bosses boss to call back.. And the sips-suds restaurants was terrible. The expensive bananna boat ride was terrible as well... The dolphin cruise advertised was terrible. Seen one dolphin from far away.. Overall i really give this stay a 0.
