Two (2) parking spaces maximum available. Free parking passes are retrieved at complex office by the pool.

This property is dog friendly; however, you MUST notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you and pay the additional $150 dog fee.

This cute little unit is a two (2) bedroom, one (1) bath. It has a Queen bed in one bedroom, a full bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and utensils to make a quick snack or a full family meal. The living area has a large window that overlooks the pool area. From the corner window in the front guest bedroom, you have a peek-a-boo view of the gulf and beach.

This property is dog friendly; however, you MUST notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you and pay the additional $150 dog fee.

This property is located at 620 W Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, Alabama. There is a convenient pedestrian-controlled light/crosswalk at the southwest corner of the complex which makes accessing the Gulf Shores public beach a breeze.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Family Beach trip
We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and accommodations were nice and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Liked having a washer and dryer and two bedrooms in our unit. The proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk across the street. The pool was a bit cloudy on the second day. But maintenance was informed and they had someone right out to test the water and add chemicals. Overall nice stay and I’d book again.

This place should be $80 a night. It has warped floors, its old and extremely uncomfortable. The beds were horrible, the couch was horrible, the place sucked. The bathroom was old and nasty. The homeowners have milked this thing into the ground. Maybe sell and have someone put some money into it before you rent it out.

Location is good but a little noisy at night w traffic. Ice maker in fridge broken as others as mentioned in reviews. Not sure why not repairs yet. bdrm blinds broken and had to use hands to open/close and furniture is worn out and not comfortable as were the beds. Floors were sweep but not mopped when we arrived. Cracks in walls and ceiling in a few places. Would look at other options if visiting again. Pool good and convenient beach access.

Minimal or no supplies for kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen was sparse. Furniture needs update, arm chair and sofa arms fabric torn and dirty. Upon first entry noticed floor had not been swept/cleaned. Also saw a big cockroach run across the floor on 2nd day. Did like the location and overall stay with attractions nearby.

Location is perfect! The pictures and the video were very generous; it was not clean and that made us feel very uncomfortable. Stains on the sofa sleeper cover (phone call made the night we arrived; never received a call back), stains on the pillow covers, lack of dish soap has us concerned about using any large dishes. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. That place just needs some attention. You’ll need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. beach towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent (one package for laundry and dishwasher was provided). Note to maintenance: The cold and hot water hook up for the washing machine is backwards. The shower valves are coming out of the wall. The front door does not seal properly

The pool area was very nice. Was thrilled to learn that the crosswalk to cross the street to get to the beach was right in front of the property. Easy to drive to places to eat. We actually walked to restaurants on two nights.

Great Stay
The 2 bedroom unit was really cute as shown on the listing. I kind of liked being in the Paradise Isle property instead of in a big condo building or hotel. I know some of the other units aren't as nice but we really enjoyed ours. The public beach access directly across the street was great. There is not a view of the beach from the property but the beach is so close, I didn't find that a negative. The property is really well stocked in the kitchen. There was extra bedding and plenty of towels. The porch is a good size with cute tables and chairs. It is big enough that our dogs could hang out with my husband and me with plenty of space. We did not have extra people. There were 4 beach chairs which was really helpful. There was a supply of beach toys on the porch. There was plenty of parking, and we never had any issues. It's within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

The unit itself was not bad. The lack of amenities was a little surprising. They only provided 1 roll of tp; no facial tissues; no dish cloth or dish towel; only one hand towel in bathroom; no shampoo; NO coffee filters for the coffee pot. Poor instructions on operating the door lock keypad, problems with wifi sign in. We've stayed in VERBO properties before with loads of amenities, so this was more than annoying!

Noisy roof replacement
We were very pleased with our condo at first. Although the living room furniture was soiled and uncomfortable the easy access to the beach made this a great place for the price. Unfortunately 10 days into our 30 day stay we were awakened at 630 am by loud noises on our roof. We discovered that the roof was being replaced. There were shingles and old roof boards etc completely blocking our step to leave. Our dog was going crazy. We couldn't reach anyone until 9 am. We couldn't even watch t.v. , the noise was so loud. Although the following 20 days were not quite as loud the crew continued replacing the roof on the whole property. We couldn't use the pool area or yard at all. We kept the blinds closed due to people on ladders being right outside the windows. Every morning we were awakened by trash company emptying the construction dumpster at 530 am.
