BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Simple comfortable and convenient
The house is cute and bedrooms were clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was great. The yard was a nice feature for us, since we were traveling with dogs. Pool was nice. And the location was quiet and close to the beach. Main complaints were dirty floors, stains on the couch and poor TV reception for the direct TV. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location! Close to everything.
The location is perfect and close to everything. The communication with the property managers was excellent. Any question we had was addressed promptly. The listing is a bit misleading with the lower bedroom, but we did not need the space so it was fine. There are a few things that would really make this rental, an excellent stay. An upgrade to the mattresses would be great. And the chairs by the pool are cheap and cracked, so the some lounge chairs would be great to make a for a better experience at the pool. The house is decorated cute. And there is plenty of space for two people. It being dog friendly was the reason we booked this.

House & pool were very clean but the backyard wasn’t mowed and outdoor chairs in back was broken.Master bed was broke down on one side so we put couch pillows under mattress to make it even. WiFi only worked one out of 6 days. That being said we did enjoy our stay

Overall a Great Trip Love Gulf Shores Just wish we would have set more time for it. GrandBabies loved the sand at the beach and extra bonus to have our own pool to enjoy at the house.

I really like the house. It’s our 2nd time staying there. However, it could use some TLC outside. Please invest in new outside pool chairs. They are old and busted and only 3 chairs. No internet all week but we made that work.

Would definitely go back
The property was great for the price. Overall the stay was great, it’s a super quick walk to the beach, the pool was clean and great. The house was nicely renovated upstairs and the downstairs was perfect for people okay with being a little tight. Would definitely stay here again. There were some issues like the downstairs closet being completely full so it was unusable and there being a few lights out in the home and downstairs but those were very minor things.

I stayed here with 4 adults and 1 kid. The location was great with a very easy walk to the beach. The pool was freezing and pretty much always in the shade. They needed to invest in a pool heater. All the railings on the stairs are falling off which is dangerous for kids. There is only 1 mirror in the main house which makes it extremely difficult to get ready. The internet didn’t work at all. Luckily we had someone in our party who was able to figure something out with the extender because we put in a work ticket but they showed up to fix a screen instead. We didn’t know anything about a screen. Also— make sure to bring toilet paper, detergent and ALL needs! Wasn’t the greatest house. I wouldn’t stay here again

Gulf shores is beautiful
This place was very nice. I only had a few minor issues, and they are minor. My door code didn’t work when I got there but I called them they had us in immediately, the tv system was a little out dated but your on vacation it’s really not your top priority. The house is beautiful, clean and the A/C was the best I’ve ever experienced in a vacation home. The pool guy was super friendly they kept up in the cleanliness of the pool. The location is right in the middle of everything. The walk to beach is a little far but I’m not complaining. I would stay here again and recommend others to do the same. Oh also they have tons of cookware for those who like to cook on vacay. Thanks beachball properties for making our vacation amazing!!

Everything was as advertised.
All amenities were as described. Actually had the AC quit for a bit and made one call and help was there within the hour. The only downside is there is a sewage lift station near by and when the wind was wrong you could smell it. And the new 3 story across the street blocked the view of the fireworks from the deck but we were able to walk down the street and watch. Overall an excellent stay for the price.

Property was clean. Had an issue on check in with the toilet when we first arrived. The property manager sent a repair man to the house and he was able to get it working. The only negative we had was that the stairs and downstairs area was not well lit at night. Overall we had a very nice stay.

The cleanliness of the rental was unsatisfactory. There were chip crumbs in the master bed. The refrigerator had liquor and food left in it. The main toilet did not work and it took the following day to get it fixed. We had 6 members that travelled all day and desperately needed to use the restroom. We did enjoy the pool and location. Neighbors were very friendly.

Pros: awesome location 2 short blocks to beach, nice home with strong A/C, great pool & back yard, spacious, management was very responsive Cons: master bed was very uncomfortable due to dips on both sides, needs new mattress. When we arrived the downstairs sleeping area had not been cleaned. Beds looked like people just got up and left. The downstairs area smelled awful, smelled like possibly remnants of flooding but definitely a strong dog smell as well. There is a loud dehumidifier in the room that didn’t work well, possibly because it was showing empty. Due to the fact we arrived late, no one could come out to clean until the next morning, which was fine. However, when we pulled the bed linens out of the closet for the pullout sofa upstairs, the linens were all dirty. They were also balled up like the cleaners pulled the sheets and comforter off together and just balled them up then stuffed back in the closet. The comforter was soiled. In all fairness, the company responded quickly in the morning and the downstairs was cleaned with new linens delivered. However, the downstairs area was not comfortable due to the smell and air quality.

We enjoyed our stay. There was some frustration at the beginning with the check in code and learning the description wasn’t accurate with the extra space downstairs. Once we got in, we were happy. It’s a short walk to the beach and close to everything. Very clean and a great shower!

Good place for large family and pets
It has comfortable beds and hot showers. We received prompt attention from property manager when contacting them about issues with keyless entry and WiFi. Bunkhouse worked out fine for the teens, providing their own space. 2 blocks from public beach access was great. Pleased with this choice and was within our budget. Would stay again!

Very good location.
The location was nice. Beach was a 5 minute walk away. But the smell in the downstairs bunk area was terrible it was very strong and almost too strong to stay in, very musky or a bug spray smell. The sofas had a bad smell as well. The kitchen area wasn't very equipped as far as utensils, spices, and supplies goes. There were no extra trash bags (thankfully had our own) or kitchen towels (1 only), there were no sponges or dish soap (1 dish washer pack). No extra toilet paper or paper towels either (not enough for our stay/had our own). Overall the location was nice, lots to do in the area. The pool isn't heated although the children still played. Very nice location 2 blocks from the beach.

The house was clean and the yard and pool were groomed. The carpet upstairs in the TV room and the basement were nasty and full of sand burs. We could not even walk on them with out shoes. The couch upstairs in the TV room should have been replaced years ago. Torn, worn and stained.

Pool rocks
Great experience. I wish the downstairs connected to the rest of the house. You should get rid of the rocks by the pool. Doesn’t feel very well on your feet while swimming.

Prefect for our family
The place was great everything worked! Just last tenant had a long hair dog who left dog hair on the beds. I have a short hair dog and we brought our own comforter and blankets so it was no big deal. Will definitely book this home again in the future. They were very responsive and check-in and check- out was so easy!
