This pristine, beachy retreat is just a few steps away from the shore, boasting spectacular views from the furnished private balcony! And with two bedrooms, an open living room, and enough space for up to six guests, this home is perfect for families and groups of friends. Guests will have access to two shared outdoor pools during their stay. Stretch out on the spacious couch to enjoy a favorite DVD movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen cable TV with lots of microwave popcorn. Head out to the private balcony to enjoy an alfresco meal prepared in the full kitchen, and don't forget to crack open a few bottles of locally crafted beer from Big Beach Brewing. After spending a whole afternoon playing in the surf, come back to rinse off the sand with the outdoor shower.

This home is centrally located in Gulf Shores and is only a mile from The Hangout for delicious food and live entertainment. In this same area, you'll find several other restaurants and plenty of shopping right on the beach. Gulf getaway

Property was very clean but needs a lot of maintenance. Outside light didn’t work, outside rug was torn and could trip someone, threshold from hall to guest bedroom was missing, master shower didn’t drain well, fan in guest room didn’t have a chain to turn off or reduce speed, microwave door was broke. Also a note on the fridge said that an additional 25 charge would be applied if garbage wasn’t taken out and you have to cross a 4 lane road to do that.

Beach location but run down, not going back

Do not take small kids here, there are nails sticking up everywhere on the 2 story deck. First impression... sitting in the vacant parking lot on the tailgate, off season, a guy comes up & asks where's our parking pass. I said we check in at 4 is it ok to sit here. He says "Well I guess it is now!" Not a soul around, seriously we were the ONLY vehicle there. Thats how our vacation started. Pros: On the beach, Market & restaurants within walking distance, Good amount of space, Courtesy detergent, soap & shampoo Cons: Run down, Paint pealing, Vanities rotten, 1 shower broken, Freezer doesn't freeze. Deck & 2 flights of stairs are dilapidated.

This was a lovely little place so close to the beach. We had 4 boys with us and we loved sitting on the front porch and being able to see the ocean and people watch. The bedrooms were perfect size. Overall, we had a great stay here! The only down-side was that parking was a little difficult (we drove a minivan), and the stairs need updating. Everything else was spot on! We definitely will be back!!

Fabulous access to beach- great bed set up and two bathrooms! A/C and fridge quit working though management was quick to fix. Very loud garbage truck every day around 4:30 am. Pool across a busy street meant we never used it; also no hot tub. Great stay overall, especially if you just want to do the beach the whole time.

Great Location on the Beach in Gulf Shores

The unit is clean and bright. It has a large porch/balcony with an nice ocean view. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. I would rent here again!

Gulf Shores September

This condo is beautiful. Nice and clean and the perfect size for 4 adults. It is located on the second floor of the 2 story unit. The photo of the obstructed view is from the condo that sits infront of the unit....but it is no big deal as there is a beautiful view of the gulf from the patio. The beach is a very short walk via the foot path and it is clean and beautiful. The pools are located across the street and right next to each other. One adult pool (19 years old and older) and the other for adults and children. Both pools were clean and offered several shaded areas to enjoy. Because we were there in September there was not any crowds or waiting anywhere we went. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Definatly will return to Gulf Shores.

Very enjoyable!

I was looking for several specific things when looking for a home on the beach. There are six of us and I wanted a living room where we could all sit comfortably and a table we could all eat together at. So many places have only one couch or only a table for four. We enjoyed eating most of our meals out on the deck and it was only a minute walk to the nice beaches. We had a very enjoyable time!
