We had a great stay at the Condo was in good shape and meet all our needs! Laundry, kitchen, coffee. Easy check in process and the owner answered any and all questions! Nice family environment. Only a mile away from the hangout. We would deff book again! My main concern was weather in March/ April it started out cloudy then the sun arrived by the end of the week. The water was cold but it was just warm enough outside to enjoy it!

Had trouble with door code checking in. Sink had bad odor coming out of. Mold on AC vents. And day 2 Toliet stopped working. Sent email about not working. No response from manager. So had 1 working Toliet our stay.

Nice getaway for the price
Showing it's age in a few places and the bed in the master was a little sunken but still pretty nice overall. Nice ocean view on 4th floor. Complex was clean with easy access to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean House building 1. We loved the easy beach access, our unit was was clean and had a great view. It was a great atmosphere for a family and close to the restaurants and shops!

We will be back!!
Wonderful view! Grounds keeper is very attentive to the property! The furniture was a dated in our unit but the beds were very comfortable. Dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work. Shortly after booking my trip I sent messages through the app multiple times attempting to extend our stay and never received a response so I ended up having to get a hotel room. Other than that it was a great experience and we would rent this unit again!

Unexpected Parking charges and not clean!
Over all, the location was great and the room could've been nice. I was not told that I would have to pay per vehicle to park at the place I had already paid a lot of money to stay at. Not a problem if I had knew about it. They only accepted cash and I had to go get it and come back. Floors were nasty on arrival, tables and counter tops were dirty, and dust down the walls around the vents. I go to Gulf Shores every year for a conference and this was probably my least favorite. One of the security personnel was rude, the rest were amazing.

Terrible Communication and no wifi!!
Property was decently cleaned, and location was great. Happy with the views! Unfortunately, this Property did not work out well for us. We checked in on Saturday and could not access wifi because the unit number would not show up as an option. I emailed the host and they replied saying the info was in the app. I had the password, THE ROUTER WASNT SHOWING AS AN OPTION. We ended up emailing 2 more times and they said they would check on it. On Thursday we emailed again… never got a response. I work online… I really needed access to the internet. We also had 2 children that couldnt watch Netflix, play on their tablets, or listen to music. We still have not heard back from them. We did however receive check out instructions.

As advertised.
You have exactly what is promised. A clean 2 bedroom that overlooks the beach. Some reviews mentioned a patio door that didn’t work etc. Everything was clean and in working order. We had no complaints. Suggestions: provide more than 2 trash bags and 2 laundry detergents. We knew that you had to bring beyond that and we did. It’s just nice to not have to pack coffee, 3 filters and salt:proper. Still 5 stars

Terrible experience
When we arrived, the property was nasty. Dust everywhere, it looked like it had not been cleaned. The sink in bathroom was damaged so much we were afraid we would cut ourselves using it. The swimming pool had been damaged during the last storm, but we were not informed ahead of time and when I tried to reach management for building NO one called or texted us back and we were there 6 days.

July 4th Vacation
The condo was clean. The view was spectacular. I was extremely disappointed that we could not open our balcony door from the living room. This was very inconvenient in that our favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony in the early morning and the members of the family that were not sleeping in the master bedroom could not do this. It also was an inconvenience that the dryer did not work. This wouldn't have bothered me so much, except that I read the owner's were having an issue in a previous review. I am only writing this so that the owner's can make sure they fix everything as soon as possible. I also realize that due to COVID that the owners are at the mercy of other people. It meant a lot to us that the condo was clean and the owners had many items to use in the kitchen. They also provided towels to us daily (not any wash rags) which was a huge help. I would definitely stay here again if all of these items were fixed.

Upon entering condo was not very clean You pay for the view…the double glass doors had a sign DO NOT Open! Could not open to balcony! Washed clothes, dryer not working!! Had to go to laundromat….spent 50.00 When I reached out, THEY KNEW OF THESE PROBLEMS AND NEVER LET US KNOW.

What can one say?
The title says it all. This unit was clean, in a good location among several others and the price was comparable to other units in the are with similar amenities. Check-in was simple as was check-out. The only negative was trying to extend our stay one day on the front end of the original reservation. The solution is to ensure your stay is exactly how you want it to be to start with and stick to it. This comment is certainly not a dig against the property, its ownership or management team. It is simply a caution statement for travelers.

Great view, expect excessive parking cost
The condo itself was fine. Great view from lower floor was fantastic. Condo sliding doors need some repair, but worked. Building itself was very dated. Elevator had a rotten wooded floor which might have been from storm damage. Biggest complaint was parking fee. We had to pay a weekly fee even though we only stayed two days. Cash, no refunds. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. We passed on another condo because they stated parking fees. I'll pass on this one next time too.

Perfect Location!
This property had everything we dreamed of wanting. Easy access to condo, steps away from amazing pool, and just a few more steps to the beach! We loved the patio, just watching and listening to the ocean. Many of the popular restaurants were within walking distance, but our parking was so easy we chose to drive most of the time. We absolutely loved this place and are looking to book again for next year!
