Needs updated. Staff was nice but at check-out we were listed as a “no-show” and our room key didn’t work in the morning. Good location. There is no pool (completely filled in) and looks like there won’t be for some time.

Too old property. Smells in the room even though it was non smoky floors. We changed rooms but still stinking smell was there. We had a terrible experience-the room door was locked and was not opening. We were outside while all our belongings were inside. The irony is maintainence guy was able to fix it next morning. After an hour of struggle and unsuccessful attempt to open the digital lock, we were shifted to another room while our stuffs were in the locked room. Being with family and kids, it became a terible experience. We checkout immediately next day shortening our stay by 1 day.

I normally always stay at Hilton, it is my go to choice after this visit, I will rethink it. There was so much structural damage and stains I was grossed out the entire night. So glad it was only one night I had to worry.

Pretty disappointing
We chose this hotel because somebody rated it nine point something and when we got there, we were pretty disappointed. The carpet in the elevator was horrible. The view was horrible. The pool was not there. You could see part of the beach so not really excited and also we only had about 10 channels on TV on election night so we didn’t get to watch the station that we wanted to that was a real bummer but we just won’t stay there anymore. People really shouldn’t rate this hotel a 9.5 it’s more of a two.

Our stay was excellent! Room was clean, balcony access was great! We enjoyed our stay and felt safe. Only thing I would “complain” about is the pool deck being under construction and it not being advertised online. It isn’t a problem since it’s not pool season but I would have preferred to have at least known. We will definitely be back!
