Not the same! will rethink for my next Gulf visit
Was told the morning of checkin that they overbooked hotel. Gave me a suite with a side view of beach instead of front view. I was fine with that and they took $100 off. I have been staying at this hotel for 10 years this was the worst stay. They used to have cookies around 4pm. Not this year! Used to have hot chocolate for kids. All out! The pool hearer was broken. So we had to drive down the road to the other Hilton to use the pool. there was so apologies at front desk just "its broken". They said they couldnt close the doors to the indoor pool because they needed 3 staff members to do it. I was speaking to 3 staff members! surely there was a maintance worker or someone who could have closed the doors!! Next day at breakfast, 9:30am and they had hardly any breakfast left. I grabbed a bagel for my son, but was told out of cream cheese. Really?

We got in after dark and so didn’t realize right away the gorgeous view from our hotel window, looking out to the white sand beach and the ocean—beautiful! The room & bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant! The breakfast was exceptional also!

Conveniently located between Flora-Bama and the Wharf. Great beach and sunrise view. Not tub was hot, but the jets didn't seem to be working. Also, our room had a few sunflower seed shells on the floor and was missing the body soap. We were only there for a short stay, so didn't mage a fuss. Oh, and you have to sign out towels. We were told if we didn't return them by 10pm, we'd be charged... not sure why we couldn't just return them before the end of our stay? Overall, great property, great location! Would without a doubt stay there again

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great start to our days with many options to start with. The room was clean. And the best part was the view from our 6th floor room!! We will definitely book here again!

I had to contact the front desk one day before my check in due a late date arrival. I called the number showed at website too many times and nobody answered. So I called the Hilton Costumer Service directly and ask them to call the hotel or write a note in my reservation to hold my stay. At end, I arrived late and my stay was hold and me and my family enjoy the hotel and amenities. So I just want let the hotel to know about this lack of communication.

Nice, comfy hotel on beach with good breakfast
We were traveling with our dog and this hotel was pet friendly, so that worked out well. The breakfast had a good selection of food for the complimentary breakfast, including hot items and meat that were tasty. (unlike some others we have visited that only offered cereal and pastries) The breakfast area was large and clean with a nice view facing the ocean. The room was clean and spacious also. The only down side was that the pool and spa were undergoing repairs and not available for use. But the staff made arrangements for us to use the facilities at a sister hotel, which was not as convenient, but we were glad to be given that option.
