This was our 4th time staying at crystal towers. We loved this condo. Equipped with everything we needed. Only a 4 due to doors and baseboards could use a good wipe down but other than thay it was perfect!!

Excellent Property for Family with Young Children
This property was exactly what we needed for our family. (My husband and I have two daughters, 8 and 5 years old.) The beach access was nice and convenient. Even though you are on the opposite side of the road from the beach, the skywalk across the road made it easy to get there. The variety of pools was nice and our girls had a ball in all of the pools and the hot tubs. We absolutely love the location. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a must! Plan to come back in our future!!

Great Vacation!
This condo was spacious, beautiful and clean. The walk to the beach wasn't terrible. The air conditioned breezeway made all the difference. The view of the ocean was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. It's so close to great restaurants and shopping. The only thing I didn't love was the key pad in the dark stair well. There wasn't anyone at the desk the whole time we were there. Which didn't really matter but would have been nice to see someone. Having the three different pool options was fun, the indoor pool was heated. Overall very great experience!

Great value for the price.
Enough space for 4 people. Most of the comforts of home. There are no condiments or spices if you plan on eating in. Must go tos: S&S Seafood Market just a few blocks away, the crab cakes are amazing but they usually run out. There is also a great ice cream shop next door. Bahama Bobs, Sea and Suds, Florabama, AL zoo, Cruise Orange Beach Dolphin Cruise. Avoid The Tracks (go carting) - super expensive and Yo Ho Rum Tacos in the Wharf, food is so-so and not worth the price. Bring your own alcohol with you if you can. It is pricey to buy in the stores and there is 10% sales tax. Big pool was ice cold so no one was in it which was a bummer. One of the main reason we picked this complex.

Best Gulf Shores pool and hot tub!
You can’t beat the facilities at the Crystal Tower. As for Unit 807, it is best suited for a group of two because both of the bedrooms only have a Full Bed in each. The Master should be no smaller than a Queen Bed for any couple who want to sleep together. Other than that, the unit was very nice with comfortable furniture, dish tv and everything you need in the kitchen. It seems a little odd that after booking with all the fees and taxes that you have to personally call Vacasa to pay for a $20+tax for each parking pass. The parking pass has always been included when we stayed at other units in the same facility. It’s just an unnecessary step in the booking procedure. On another topic, if you like seafood, the best place to go to is the S&S Seafood Market closeby. It is carry out only and you can’t beat the price and quality of food.

Nice condo but for the price you may do better beachside
The condo was very clean and a nice two bedroom two bathroom. The carpet likely needs replaced it is it is stained from use. There is a direct view however the highway is located just floors below. This makes the balcony less enjoyable as you cannot even hear the waves over the noise of the traffic until late in the evening or very early morning. It is also quite a walk to the beach for anyone who may have a disability or is unable to walk longer distances. I feel for the price you could likely one of the beachfront properties and do away with the long walk and traffic noise. Vacasa will charge you $20 per parking spot when you get there and isn’t currently listed on charges. There is also gated beach access of which they didn’t have the code for readily available. The management company I do not feel does the best at communication. I also don’t like that VRBO now allows rental companies on here. I would rather deal with private owners as it used to be.
