Only issue
Everything good but the television. The living room system would not accept any instructions from the remote. I installed new batteries but it did no good. The # 1 bedroom would work after finally working with the remote but it would change program being watched for an hour or 2 to the childrens channel. Okay but aggravating. The # 2 bedroom worked pretty good but had the problem of changing the channel without instructions. My opinion is the problem is either the remotes or the chip card inserted in the TV box, not the TV's themselves.

Family Vacation
This unit was located in a great location but is dated by decor/furniture and needs some physical repairs. The balcony was missing a chair so only 3 of our 4 guests could sit out on the balcony together. The bedroom has a door leading to the balcony with a screen door that the glass has been removed because the handle doesn’t work. It’s decent and has amazing views, was well stocked with kitchen needs as well as linens for the week. Washer and dryer in unit were great for laundry. Would stay in this unit again if minor repairs were fixed to help the stay more enjoyable.

Perfect spot...
Such a great location and a wonderful little getaway. The large sliding doors to the balcony provided much needed relaxation listening to the surf and watching the waves roll in.

Roadside Motel
On a positive note, the location of the property is great and the grounds are well kept considering its age. Vacasa, the property management team, could not have been easier to work with and was incredibly responsive. But I would not recommend staying in this particular unit! There was trash on the floor upon arrival, there were holes in the ceiling, towel bars partially missing in the bathroom, the furniture in the living room was covered in body stains and was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress in the master felt 20 years past its prime and the comforters were shoved in the closets and looked like something from a roadside motel. To say this unit was dated is an understatement. Style is one thing, but everything was completely worn out and gross. We didn't sleep the entire vacation because of the mattresses. Property management delivered new pillows and blankets which helped, but the king mattress was beyond help. It felt very much like the owners abandoned their property 30 years ago and never looked back.

Fun Family Vacay
Location was perfect. Close walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Bahama Bob’s, which is right next door, has amazing food and drinks. The management was very attentive and responsive to communicate with. The building could use some cosmetic work and the condo needs updating and cosmetic work as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The renting process was very easy. The location was excellent! It was an older property but was clean some of the furniture was beginning to show its age but we weren’t in the room that much. It was very close to the beach and there were plenty of lounge chairs at the pool. Loved having a balcony that looked over the beach. When we were in the room that is where we were. Would definitely stay there again!
