Great vacation

Clean (except for the floors) and spacious, big balcony, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and extra bed. Loved it!

Great condo, great view!!

This condo is great overall with a great view of the gulf. Well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc. Did not include any food items at all, such as salt/pepper or coffee, so be sure to bring those. The pull out couch is a bit lumpy but not unbearable. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Great location, but floors very dirty. Top of refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned in years. Definitely needs new sheets, bath tub stopper, patio furniture, smart TV and new cleaning service.

DON’T STAY HERE

This condo was DIRTY. Our feet were BLACK on the bottom from walking around inside the condo. We had to wear shoes constantly. There was mildew/black mold on the floor under the beds especially in the hall. If that wasn’t bad enough, the front window could not lock and one of the outdoor chairs was broken - both hazards. We contacted VACASA and it took awhile to figure out our options - after 2 nights they offered to send the cleaning crew over and since we’d already had to stay 2 nights, we toughed it out for the final night. We didn’t want a whole crew coming to stir up all the mold 🤢 We really just wanted a different CLEAN place to stay but that wasn’t an option. We really feel like we should have been offered a full refund based on the state of the condo!
