The 4th floor balcony offers from the perfect vantage point to hear the sea and let the dolphins and pelicans enchant you. The Master Suite with a luxurious King Bed, Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower; opens to the generous balcony and will make it hard to leave to go down to the two outdoor pools and Jacuzzis waiting for you below. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making a quick lunch so you can get back down to the business of relaxation or if you are of mind of preparing a dinner using our locally sourced sea food; you'll want for nothing. For couples, Lighthouse 407 offers a King Bed and a Queen Bed, and for those with children in tow, 407 offers a bunk bed as well. 407 offers comfort throughout the unit and of course the generous balcony offers room for all, and may just be the place where you spend the most of your time down here. Time does fly, so before you do come down you might want to give some thought to booking an extra day and if you can't, remember you can always come back.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
