This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Escape to Boardwalk 484 for your trip to Gulf Shores. This 1 bed/ 1 bath condo on the 4th floor is designed with comfort in mind. Sit back and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico in the cozy living area that has a flat screen television and a comfortable recliner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make a delicious seafood dinner and enjoy the comforts of home. There is a dining table that seats four people comfortably. Enjoy the breeze on the private balcony where you can take in all the sights of what the beaches of Gulf Shores has to offer.

The primary bedroom has a comfy king size bed and a flat screen television so you can unwind after a long day at the beach. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. There is a washer and dryer in the condo as well as a sofa sleeper in the living area.

This 70-unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

You must be at least 25 years of age or older to reserve this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking property. Free Parking with a 2 car maximum. No pets are permitted Monthly rentals accepted November - March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Loved it.
Overall it was a great room to stay in, very comfy bed. But there was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub and a broken clock in the kitchen.

Nice view, could have been cleaner
I’m only giving this property a 3/5 due to the view and close proximity to restaurants/groceries is good. However, the cleanliness of the condo was not so great. There was sand all over the floor and end table in the living room. I saw multiple hairs on the floor near the end of the couch by the same end table. There were dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous visitors , not sure if they were clean or not. Several spoons had dishwashing detergent still on them in the drawer. The view is wonderful. There is a very convenient small market across the street with selective food and drinks. The condo was a great size for my boyfriend and I including the balcony. I just wish it would have been slightly cleaner. A little attention to detail would have been nice.
