Beautiful Experience!
This property was beautiful, clean, and as advertised. You have everything you need here. I forgot my blow-dryer and there were two in the unit. We were contacted by text the unit was ready early on check in day and that worked out perfect for us! We so enjoyed the balcony. Breath taking sunrises every morning! Easy and close access to the beach. Location was a easy drive to grocery and restaurants. If you are looking to relax and getaway this is the place! Thank you to the owners and Vrbo for making this a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed a wonderful week. The beach was just as beautiful as in the photos and not overly busy. The condo’s layout is great and very spacious. View from the balcony was my favorite feature- we would definitely rent again and recommend to friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building was much smaller than some of the others. There were only seven stories so it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was very well appointed and spacious. A view of the ocean was incredible and the unit was very well-maintained. Anything you could need for your stay was well anticipated.

No problems at all. Clean, plenty of room for our family of four. We had brought beach toys for our sons and were able to rent an umbrella and chairs right on the beach. The view was great! We watched dolphins from the balcony one evening after dinner. We would book again.

Perfect stay
First trip to Gulf Shores and like the water view. Very well supplied rental with all we needed. Manager was incredibly responsive with answers to our concerns. While not the lowest cost option, size of the complex was perfect (about 25 units). No problem getting parking in the garage but can see how it might mean parking in the front lot in the summer.

We loved this condo! Very clean and well decorated. Loved the smaller size of the overall condo. No waiting in line for the elevator and the beach was only a few steps away. View from the balcony was amazing! Our kiddos loved the pool as well!

This place was perfect for our family!! It was right on the beach . It was nice you didn’t have to haul all your stuff down there. Steps away!! The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5! Had a nice bonus room with a pullout bed, where my 12yr slept. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Construction
Although the rental was beautiful and great location the Evolve Vacations inaccurately described the amount of construction going on during out visit. Our balcony was unable to be used at all and the listing stated our condo would not be effected. When I reached out several times to address my disappointment I was blown off and then offered a fractional refund for a fraction of one night to stay there. I will never stay with an Evolve rental again due to the misrepresentation of the property and the pitiful customer service.
