This condo has its own designated parking space marked 301 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.
This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the first floor of condos and near the middle of the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

A great stay at Gulf Shores
Our stay in this condo was great! The host was attentive and quickly answered her emails. The condo was clean. Furniture and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but could use an update. There were plenty of towels which was nice since they were not that new. The location was wonderful! We would definitely stay in this condo again.

The best beachfront experience!
Amazing condo. Very clean and tidy! The fact that it has a washer and dryer to wash the kids clothes was great! The full kitchen to hold our drinks and food was very convenient. Nice and quiet, perfect for a family vacation spot!

Check in was as easy as just entering the door code, directions were perfect. The place was very clean and comfortable. The trip was super relaxing the area was quiet, beach was about 1 minute away walking. Stores, shopping and food were very close by. Awesome place to stay.

Our Family Getaway Before My Son Goes To The Navy
I wanted to say how pleased I am at the stay for my family and I. This trip was special: doing something fun with our son before he goes into the Navy. No problems booking a place for the three of us. The place was just enough room; clean; neat and tidy; love that it is right by the beach (we couldn't get into the water due to mother nature herself); not far from shops and places to eat. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a getaway for any reason. :)

This was a great location. The apartment did smell a little musty upon arrival and the toilet was quite wobbly but overall a clean location. The gulf is basically at the back door! I would stay here again.

One of the cleanest stays I've ever had!
We get to the condo and the first thing my wife says "This is the cleanest room we have stayed in!" The location is great if you like peace and quiet. Its close to Waves, so if need anything you can walk to this store. If we had issues, they were addressed in a very timely manner. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants a great beach stay!

Fantastic location
This two bedroom condo is great place to relax and disconnect. It’s literally on the beach, and that is the best feature of it! You don’t need to drag everything with you since you are 60 seconds away from it. Gazebo is great for relaxing if you are too hot in the sun. Store and fish market are walking distance as well as a restaurant and ice cream shop. We will definitely be back!

The property was as described if a little small.. there is no balcony but we didn’t miss it. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded for the 4th of July. The Kitchen had everything we needed. I would so recommend especially for small family. Was disappointed no pool. I would stay again.

The perfect getaway!
My family and I really enjoy stay here. It was the perfect little place for my family to stay and enjoy the beach. We were easily able to walk over to the beach from the vrbo. Super easy to communicate with the host as well. We will be staying again in the future!
