Enjoy this newly remodeled gulf front 3BR/2BA condo conveniently on the 5th floor, just a few doors down from the elevator. Watch the soothing ocean waves on the spacious balcony or from the reclining couches in your living area. Beach chair rental is included for stays between March 1 and October 31st. Details will be included in your welcome email.
Seawind is located directly on the beach, and is one of the newest developments in Gulf Shores. You will be within walking distance to all of Gulf Shores' main attractions, including Sea & Suds (practically in your back yard), Pink Pony, The Hangout, the Gulf State Fishing Pier, along with hot dogs, ice cream, and numerous surf shops. If you are wanting adventure, the jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rentals is next door. You never have to get in your car!
Enjoy hanging out on the property with your choice of amenities including the indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the cooler months), a wading pool with sprinklers for the kids' enjoyment, a sauna, gym, hot tub, and outdoor grilling area. Great Beach Stay

Perfect set up for my family of four and brother and sister in law (4 adults and 3 and 6 year old). Owner was great at communication. We had a few questions beforehand and she called me to discuss.

Gulf Shores experience

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we were thrilled with our trip. We loved the condo, it was comfortable and in a great location right on the beach. We could be on the huge balcony and see the dolphins swimming by. We would recommend this spacious unit to families with small kids and larger groups alike. We will definitely be back.

Needs Maintenance!

Overall this property was average at best. Cooking utensils were very worn. Trash on balcony when we arrived. Furnished poorly with basics of toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. The covers on the balcony chairs is torn and needs replacement.

The condo was very nice and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded very quickly. My son list his wallet upon arrival and love that the property had security for it to be turned into. This was what we needed to end the summer!

Just What We Needed

Our stay was amazing! Master and Queen beds were so comfortable. Overall we just had a great time and the rental was just so cozy and you can not beat the view. Nothing I would change except to maybe mention in an email right before to renters to bring trash bags, paper towels and dish washer detergent or add to the book on the counter. This might be obvious to most but I was a first time renter and it would have helped me tons because we didn't realize it until after we had made our walmart food run. Dollar general and market were out. But now I now for future vaca rentals. The elevators times are horrible BUT that is not anything you can change :) Also maybe mention you can buy the orange bracelets at the guard shack I had no idea about that either I thought they were supposed to be in that bowl.

Beautiful beach-front condo!

The condos at Seawind are great (at least ours was anyway... I know each unit is independently owned & furnished). We stayed on the 5th floor which I thought had a perfect view of the beach. Our condo was nice and clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for our group of 7. We did have to buy some extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap & laundry pods to get us through the week, but if you've ever stayed in a beach condo that is pretty common. Communication with the property manager Renee was excellent. I thought this condo was perfectly located in Gulf Shores; we walked to the restaurants and shops we wanted to go to. If we are ever in the area again we will book this condo!

Everything was incredible. Access to beach and activities all walkable. It was crowded so the elevators were a little bit of an issue, but stairs weren’t bad. If you’re looking for a guaranteed home run for vaca in gulf shores this is it.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, was stocked with everything one would need. It is unfortunate, however, that the property is not being maintained. The pools were dirty, the complex was dirty, and no one in site cleaning the property. So sad!

Clean condo with a great view!

Communication with the property manager was great, she replied very quickly and was accommodating to our check in! There were a couple cleanliness issues such as finding things left by previous occupants in the bathroom and the floor being covered in sand. Otherwise clean.

Absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach!

We came down for a little family time. 3 adults and 2 kids (8 yrs). This condo was perfect! The balcony has a table and chairs to eat outside. Very comfortable furniture and beds! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The location could not be any better. Sunrise and Sunsets from the balcony are spectacular! We will be back and would definately stay here again!

Wonderful seaside condo

If you want a clean, updated ocean view condo with easy access to the beach and restaurants-search no further! This spacious unit has comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and everything you’ll need in the kitchen to be able to cook meals. Our group of 4 adults had all the room we needed. The balcony is large with ample seating and is shaded in the afternoon for relaxing with a book. Communication with the property manager was seamless and parking was ample. Thanks for a lovely 2 week stay!

This place was great! Very cute and clean! Right next to Sea and Suds restaurant if you don’t want to drive somewhere to eat/drink on the beach! Kiddie pool was a nice addition also! Would definitely come back! 😊
