Booking
BEFORE booking guests must provide the amount, breed, and weight of any pets. Pets are approved on a case by case basis. While booking, guests must add the names of all guests, and the ages of all children. Additionally, the reason for needing the accommodations must be included in the booking message. A copy of this booking agreement is provided after booking, all adult guests must sign & return this accommodation agreement no later than at check in. Failure to do any of the above mentioned can result in cancellation of guests reservation & fees associated with guests initiated reservation cancellations.
Check in
Photo I.D. is required for all adult guests at check in. If a no contact check in is requested or required, guests will be required to communicate with the host through video chat or other means to verify identity with photo I.D. Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Guests must check in before 7 pm if the host is required or requested to be onsite during check in.
Guests & Visitors
There is an 8 guests maximum. Guests assume all responsibility for their visitors. Overnight visitors require approval, are considered guests, and must comply with all of the requirements and rules of this agreement.
Listing type
By booking this listing, regardless of the length of stay, you agree that you are not a tenant, that this is not a lease, that this is not your primary residence, that you are a guest & can be removed from the premises at any time for violating the rules and/or for non-payment of the nightly rate, that it is at the discretion of the property owner, management, and booking platform to collect the nightly rate in advance on a monthly basis or in full for the entire stay at the time of booking, and that the nightly rate collected on any schedule chosen, is not considered rent, but in fact a nightly rate.
Cleaning
This property is cleaned & disinfected between each reservation. The cleaning fee listed includes deep sanitization of the entire property & linens. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, neatly storing their personal belongings, and returning the property in the same condition that it was delivered, to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damages to the property. As a convenience to our busy guests, at our guest written request, we can arrange for weekly cleaning at an additional cost with one of our cleaning partners, to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the home, in which case the guest is still responsible for daily tidying & immediately cleaning up spills & messes as they happen to avoid damages to the property. Guests must clean the property & linens according to manufacturing guidelines &/or instructions outlined in the house manual.
Mail
Guests are not permitted to have mail and/or packages delivered to the property. Under no circumstances are guests or their visitors allowed to access the mailbox.
Parking
Guests & their visitors are not permitted to park or drive on the lawn.
Pet rules
The current pet fee advertised is per each pet. If the booking platform only allows for one pet fee to be collected, pet fees for additional pets will be billed separately and are due immediately. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Pet & service animals hair and/or fur must be reasonably removed from clothes & linens prior to being placed in the washer or dryer to prevent damage. Pet & service animal owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and/or service animals including removal of pet hair, dander, and flees, from all surfaces. Pets & service animals that are allowed inside, must be clean and properly groomed prior to being allowed into the home.
Pet & service animal owners are required to have their animals use the bathroom in the far back corner of the yard if they use the bathroom outside, and verify where this acceptable area is upon arrival. They must also clean up after their animals and dispose of feces in a tied plastic bag & place it in the trash bin outside of the home. Pets & service animals are not permitted to defecate & or urinate throughout the yard.
Utilities
Guests are responsible for any beyond normal utility usage cost.
Check out
Checkout is before 10:00 AM If guest(s) fail to check-out on time, they are liable for any loss from the host not being able to accommodate the next incoming guest(s) and/or the cost of any inconvenience they have caused. The minimum fee for late check out is $150.
Cameras
There are security cameras on the exterior of the home that record video & audio.
Maintenance & usage
This property is professionally maintained on a regular basis. Guests must allow for access for maintenance and/or inspections as needed. Guests must inform the host/property manager immediately of any maintenance issues, concerns, or damages. To avoid irregular/unusual maintenance issues, and additional fees/charges, guests must follow all usage instructions, best practices, & manufacturer guidelines.
