Everything was great until there was a knock on my door and the police was letting me know my car was broken into. There was 11 people who cars were vandalized and did management try to do anything to help??? No!

Restaurant is nonexistent or it should be. Employee did not want to work when we ordered a bagel after telling us everything else was out of stock. It took 30 min and finally gave us an untoasted bagel. Plenty of food in walking distance but not on site. Room- comforters badly stained and pull out couch was unsleepable even for a child. Mattress was just springs.

The room set up was weird and uncomfortable for watching the television, the TV did not work very well and the HVAC system was very noisey. There was no ice available in the ice machines either.

Very nice room. AC wasn’t great for August in Atlanta. The TV was hit and miss. Some days certain networks came in, later they wouldn’t. As a sports fan the ESPN networks not being on was not good. The WIFI was good. The lobby and other common areas were excellent. The pool enclosure was way too hot. A sauna!

Bathroom could have been cleaned better. I had my own disinfectant wipes, so I cleaned the bathroom myself. But I don’t particularly care for cleaning up someone else’s hair.
