Great place to stay! Watch your bill though...

Great checkin. Sink drain a little slow. Clean riom and bath. Taxes show more than expected by $2.48.

New hotel, nice design, BUT do not recommend

The hotel is 4 years old. Great design, good breakfast but the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Very soft, bouncy mattress with no back support at all. You fall into a hole. Wouldn't be possible to sleep on your stomach. I Woke up with a strong back and neck ache that lasted all day. This is the first time ever. Pillows are also soft, squishy and offer no neck support. The room has no microwave and no coffee maker. You have to go to the lobby for these. I would not stay there again or in any Tru hotels because they probably all have the same beds.

The blinking fire sprinkler right above the bed was nooooo good. The fridge not being in something was very loud. Yes I’m not an easy sleeper but for >$100, I should have had that in the hotel room. Also with that price, a microwave would have been nice (as the hot water downstairs was barely warm) and the continental breakfast could have been better. Why were the pancakes pink? And they were only cooked on one side. Otherwise bed and pillow were good. Shades on windows. Tv set up good. Lots of outlet options. Weird soap situation tho.

I really like the vinyl flooring (easier to clean), the nice shower, the breakfast was good, and the individual ice buckets you picked up at the ice machine (much cleaner). Rooms were small but sufficient. Nice TV.
