Only thing the bed was comfy, lady @ the front desk was very rude. Wouldn’t look at you or even smiled. Wouldn’t let me speak. Wouldn’t tell me where our room was. Location had different sections of rooms. It was dark couldn’t see room numbers. Won’t be back at this location again.

Very convenient to GSP airport and property is clean. Only issue was lights coming from the Top Golf next door. If lights make it hard for you to sleep, ask the front desk for a room that does not face Top Golf.

I paid $200 for a mediocre room. The AC wouldn’t work - our sheets were not clean. There were food crumbs on the couch. The room was overall dirty.

I had a reservation for Friday during hurricane Helena. I realize that I purchased the non refundable room. But I also thought that was if I canceled I would not get my money back. The hotel refuses to refund me any money even though there was a hurricane. Their phones were not working for me to call them ahead of time. I tried several times. So did Expedia. I’m assuming they had no power. You would think for a natural disaster they would refund my money
