This condo sits right on the southwestern shores of Moosehead Lake, directly adjacent to the sixth hole of the challenging nine-hole golf course at Squaw Mountain Village. When you're not boating or fishing on the lake or enjoying the hiking and biking trails nearby, you'll be a scenic drive from Rockwood, downtown Greenville, and the famous Mt. Kineo Golf Course. Rent a pontoon boat to help you explore the lake, take a ride on the Katahdin, browse the unique gift shops in Greenville, and spend the winter snowmobiling, downhill skiing at Squaw Mountain, and snowshoeing and cross country skiing on quiet trails.

Fabulous view of Moosehead Lake.
Quiet and convenient to lake and town. Very spacious without the hassle of renting a bigger property. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and updated! Second time renting property.

Great lakefront site - amazing kithchen. Dark condo with only 60 watt bulbs. Golf course cart path 5 feet from condo deck that is the only source of light.

Communications with property manager very poor.
Generally this is a good unit. The bathroom and refrigerator were not clean. Kitchen floor sticky. Rusty water from the shower and bathroom tap. The wall units suggested air conditioning but there is none. At least they could have called back instead of continuing to text that they were coming - even at 11:30 pm! The chairs are too high for the table on the porch so even in the 84 degrees inside we couldn’t eat out on the table. We asked for a partial refund on the property management fee and after on hold for 15 minutes the supervisor hung up on us and did not call back. Still looking for that refund.

Excellent check-in process. Condo had excellent view of the lake. Very clean and recently updated. Two nice bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms. Access to snowmobile trails via lake. Unit had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay their again.

Very nice condo right on the golf course with a beautiful view of moosebead lake. Condo was very up to date, clean and just want we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Water quality not good
If you planning to stay here make sure you bring plenty of water bottles with you. Water quality is not good. For entire one day we had yellowinsh water from faucet. We stayed there 07/2021.

Great place!
This was a great place to stay! We’ve stayed in the Greenville area many times as well as owned property there. We will be returning to sirens some time here this winter with out snowmobiles! Thanks for a great place to stay!
