The 1st room had a wasp flying around {which we killed) and the grout in shower floor was dirty and the shower chair had mold in the drainage holes. After moving to 2nd room, there wasn't any kleenex or chair to sit in, plus as a :handicap" room, it was a very long walk to breakfast room and desk. No convenient for those with trouble walking!

I’m not sure how this got high ratings from others. The whole building is under construction and it, quite frankly, looks horrible and is a mess. I moved our bed a little and they def do not clean under the beds, it was disgusting. The bathroom had rust in the toilet and stains in the shower. Took 10-15 tries to get our keys to work. Price and pool is nice. Staff were nice.

Room was small and crowded for 2 queen beds. Refrigerator did not get cold. Front desk didn't seem to care about a solution. Was rude in his offer to help.

Room met it's purpose & cheaper than anything in C

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, coffee was horrible. Toilets were incredibly low which was a definite deterrent to ever returning. Having a microwave and frig was appreciated. Having Krogers grocery store, McDonald's, and coffee shop all right there was extremely convenient. The best part of the stay was Dora, the front desk receptionist. She was extremely helpful, very personable, and is a huge asset for this hotel!

Stayed 3 nights with my wife who has Parkinson’s Dimentia. I requested that our room be made up on all three nights and it was not done even once. Talked to Manager upon check out and they didn’t know why it was not done. I requested an adjustment to my charges but they said because Expedia booked it they could not do that. I want an adjustment from Expedia or the Best Western. You can work it out between you but you owe me an apology and a refund.

Definitely Racial profiled in Small town

This was an awful experience. We stayed on our property near this hotel but due to storms we had to get a couple of rooms. First we were greeted by a lovely woman who was new and trying to work out new computer systems. No worries about that until she got her manager BRENDA,who preceded to profile my son and his multi racial friends by stating all the rules really loud and with a kert tone. She then profiled myself and my friend as our room key wouldn't lock our room. (A problem with the door mechanics) She attempted way too long before offering a different room. Ive worked in customer service for more than 20+ years. I would NEVER speak to guests in the tone and manner we have encountered here. Sadly I may never stay here again unless I become desperate again because there aren't many choices near by. 🙄🙄 worst service EVER at a hotel.
