Victorian Charmer
Classic old home with lots of character! Have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Comfy beds. Would love to see a taller toilet upstairs like the one on the main level. Need to get the yard in shape, looked pretty rough. Close to the St. Johns river, Friday nite food truck and live entertainment. Would stay again!

Such a charming home
I couldn't believe the price for the home! Double fireplaces, stained glass windows...all with modern comfort. Just a couple blocks away from the pier and local coffee shop. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend
This is quite honestly the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was available and in working order. Owners were quick to respond. Check in and check out process were trouble free. Beds and showers were luxurious. No pool, but less than an hour drive to saint Augustine beach. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a nice time!
It's a great house to temporarily house 2 teens and a younger kid. They got their space and everyone could relax alone if they wanted. Neighborhood felt very safe. Walked to pick up food from local Mexican mart/restaurant and it was delicious! Spring Park is an easy walk east of the house and pretty cool. Too bad the pool wasn't open yet for the year, but pretty unique to see a pool fed by 1,300ga/min warm spring! The back yard is very private. But because the property must've once been more of an event venue, there isn't much grass. Our two older teens were determined to sun bath and they made it work with a couple beach towels we brought from home. I'd recommend just a few cushioned patio long chairs. Overall, it was a great space and we'd return again!

Beautiful Historic home
We enjoyed the stay fully. This home is very spacious and we loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the items we needed. The location is also very close to the fairgrounds which we spent most of the day. We also were able to walk to a local place callled Red's Wine bar.

2nd Floor HVAC
We did not realize until our last day that there was a 2nd floor Air conditioning thermostat because it was behind a door that we never closed. We were very hot up there and we thought it was maybe due to the age of the house. May I recommend you place a message near the 1st floor controller that informs the folks of the second unit?

Instant relaxation
The house is clean and very comfortable. We (4 adults) had plenty of room to relax and recharge after a long journey and again after a family wedding. We spent the majority of our time in the dining room and the living room but there were 3 additional seating areas and the bedrooms were luxurious and tranquil. The property and communication exceeded our expectations and made us feel feel like family in the home! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Perfect location in Green Cove Springs!
The house is absolutely beautiful! The very spacious house worked great for my co-worker and myself. We were able to both work on projects in the evening and then enjoy a little down time sitting in one of the outside areas or in the tv /bar area. While we didn’t cook in the kitchen, there is everything you need if you choose to do that. We enjoyed walking to restaurants in the area. The wine bar, Reds, was a great find! Will most definitely stay again when we work here again!

Nice place, poor communication
This is a beautiful place in a great location. Nicely stocked and furnished. Didn't get the check-in code until 30 min before arrival. I emailed, sent text messages, left voice messages, no response. Property manager apologized, but my anxiety level was through the roof by the time she contacted me. Stay was great until internet didn't work. Apparently, provider's end worked great, but wifi in the house was malfunctioning. Thankfully, it was not urgent, but we were planning to work remotely during our stay and that was not so easy. Property manager did refund one night's stay. Hopefully, others will not have these issues.

Beautiful Home
This house had everything you needed. It was so nice to see all the thought that was put in to the property and small details. (Water, snacks, kitchen supple, hair products, games, etc.) I went for a wedding which was walking distance from the listing. We made dinner there which was such a treat. Our host responded with any questions I had. So much parking available, I would be really nice to host a rehearsal dinner there. They were nice enough to let us check our late. The second floor was alittle muggie, I believe it’s due to the house being old. But a fan was provided so it worked out well. The Wi-Fi on the TVs stopped working mid trip, she did try to fix it which was super nice. Overall I 100% recommended this stay and would stay again in a heart beat. Thanks for everything!!

Very nice house
Well kept older home with plenty of room. First thing we noted is that all the basic necessities you could need were already provided. Shower Gel and various lotions in the baths to bottled water, coffee and snacks. Even a small refrigerator between the two bedrooms ups stairs. Of note, there is no place for 4 adults to just sit relax and watch TV together. The Sunday before our arrival we received a text message from the owners with check in information. Communication from that point via text was excellent.

Cute and spacious
The property is in a very relaxed area, and the home itself is charming with a lot of room to stretch out. We are used to staying in older homes and enjoyed the vintage feel. The biggest disappointment was that the two beds that were available were not the most comfortable things to sleep on, and the frames moved about quite a bit. There is a train that runs nearby but it didn't bother us at all. All in all, this place would be good for a family or small group as a home base.
