Great location. Lots of shopping nearby. Airport 5 minutes away. Property needs some updating. My bathroom had a terrible showerhead and the wallpaper was patched in several areas. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was good.

Very run down (dingy carpets everywhere) for how much they charge. Also, had a confusing check out. Got charged by Expedia, then by the hotel again (bc you can check in without a cc for “incidentals”). No manager on site to sort things out then & there. We were just passing through. So we didn’t need anything super special. But this was sub par, the charges equaled those charged by much nicer hotels. I am sorry. I wish so could leave a better review.

The room was excellent and breakfast was as well. There were repeated problems for guests trying to get their card keys to work on the exterior entry door from the parking lot. Front desk staff sometimes struggled as well to get the key machine at the front desk to reset keys. Do the staff and guests a big favor and solve the key technology issues.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. Excellent breakfast, cooling system works well. Our room was starting to look dated, especially the bathroom. Daily housekeeping service is on request only now, which is a change. We only stayed 2 nights so we were ok with that.

Disappointed

When we arrived we dealt with the assistant manager & she was great. The younger staff that I dealt with need a lesson in customer service, smile, greet someone when spoken too, offer assistance when requested, do not ignore guests. The person who looked after breakfast was great, she was right on top of things & pleasant. We have stayed here twice, we like the location but a third stay is unlikely. The first time there was a problem with the air conditioning, this time they had a new cable provider and the phone in our room didn't work. In our opinion the cable system is not user friendly.
