I enjoyed the cleanliness of this place. The friendly atmosphere. One lady carol brosch was very helpful and friendly to my children. As i stayed last weekend there. Very friendly lady there.! Thanks!

Cozy, modern hotel

This was a very nice and modern hotel. The room was clean and cozy. I liked how the lobby was decorated. The breakfast was very good, my husband loved the suggested "caramel apple pancakes". I liked how the sausage and eggs was made ina way you could toss them on bread and have a sandwich. Overall, it was quiet in the hotel. Plus, it's centrally located and they had several suggested restaurants to try.

The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were mostly clean. Our shower had hair in it and the glass shelf fell while my child was taking a shower. Luckily she wasnt injured. But definitely concerning. Pool area was nice but no jacuzzi.

Walls are paper thin. I could hear the other occupants next door all night long. The room HVAC wall unit was loud. Loud like banging noises. Just seems like a cheap built place. Other than than place looked nice, clean, staff was good.

I didn’t like check in I had a confirmed price with Expedia. However, the hotel didn’t have it. They tried to charge me much more. It was a hassle.

OK but kind of dirty

The hotel is in decent shape and staff were friendly. When I got to my room I found a big dead fly on the pillow and the shower floor was gross. The tv worked fine but most of the channels I went to on the guide wouldn't load. Other than these issues everything was OK.

Upon check in I was asked if I was informed that the elevators were out of service. I said no, but at that point, what choice do I have? I was with my 78 yr old mom. Its a good thing she is in great shape and was able to do the steps but it was a major inconvenience. Nothing given for having to deal with that....

Clean and amazing bed

Amazing overnight stay. Bed is extremely confrontational. The pillows are spectacular too. Wish I could have kept a pillow. Very clean and tidy. The shower did have some water stains and possible soap scum build up on the areas where there is caulk but other than that my stay was awesome!

Originally booked thru Expedia and because the elevator was down at Tru, we are both handicapped, we had to go to Holiday Inn Express. The booking thru Expedia does not notify you if there is a problem. Yet, all that shows up when you query for Tru are the booking outside Tru. Holiday was set up to take our reservation from Tru but it did cause a little inconvenience.
