No one was ever at desk. Breakfast was very limited. No oatmeal, yogurt, or options other than milk. No lock on.outside doors. Anyone can get in to hotel by side doors. Only hotel we have been.to that you don't have to use your key to get in. Dangerous. Room.was very nice.

Nice llace. The only questionable thing was the doors off the parking lot were unlocked. I would have appreciated if it only opened with a hotel key

Annette at the front desk was SO helpful and sweet. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I'm up that way.

Very clean and quiet. We would book again. Go to grayling once a year for an event so will book again. Only thing I wish they would add is fresh fruit an a few more options on their breakfast.

My room all night all i heard was the ice machine i kept getting woke up from it. My door had some kind if drink splatter all over it, it looked like either coffee or pop i ended up having to clean it myself. I didnt check in till after 9 pm. This was the loudest hotel i have ever heard. Im on 4 hours of sleep from the ice machine. Im so glad im home
