The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. Our place is fully stocked for you to enjoy.
