We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean room. The location is convenient for shopping and dining in Grand Forks. The staff we interacted with were pleasant and accommodating.

Pool was freezing! We asked staff to turn up heat but pool actually got colder between Friday and Saturday. We never got a straight answer as to why pool was so cold (too cheap to turn on heat???). Otherwise, rooms were clean, breakfast had some options (eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, etc.). The rooms are noisy, as you could hear people walking in room above us.
