This is walking distance to NAU. We came to drop off our student and this location was great. Quiet and clean, but dated. Food was fair (pancake machine, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee). Will stay again (already booked). Nice pool and hot tub. Love that coffee and juice are available 24/7.

Just mehhhhhh

I would say the room was average to below average. Room was obviously renovated but you could tell it was still old (2nd floor) room had tons of soft spots in the floor that felt like you might go straight through the floor, room smelled horrible, AC took hours to cool the room down. Beds were extremely cheap mattresses, no boxspring just a platform so mattress felt very hard.

My room was in the corner and my view was a concrete wall. There was a large group a few doors down, they were loud. I called the front desk several times but it took over an hour to settle the noise. This kept me up till about midnight! The noise woke me up about 7am. No rest for me! I brought this up at checkout time to the front desk clerk. Nothing was resolved or at least a free night stay on my next visit!!! So sad!

Had to move rooms at 10 pm due to paper thin walls. I was there to work and staff was helpful but family next door was super loud woman that wouldn’t be quiet even after staff asked them. I had to pack up at 10 pm to move to quieter room just hours before I had 12 hour shift to work.

Great place to stay!

This was a great motel, 10 minutes to walk into Flagstaff. Really lovely helpful staff. The room had everything we needed, fridge, microwave and an iron. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Good stay

Everything was decent, no bugs, decent bathroom, decent bed/comfort, decent Wi-Fi, decent A/C but a little noisy, some street noise but manageable, I have stayed at several places in Flagstaff and this was one of the better ones.
