Property is a bit old. Looks nice, traditional style definitely not modern style rooms. Could use new carpets as the rooms have a particular smell or scent that feels old and worn.

Great place to stay in Flagstaff. Couple of hours away from both Grand Canyon and antelope canyon. Clean and spacious rooms. And lot of dining options nearby. Only minus is that most of their booking is non refundable so if your plan changes then you will lose all the amount.

The rooms felt worn out and there is no safe way to go between towers without walking through a parking lot/ driveway. Put in a sidewalk! It was very quiet with ample parking.

The shower is prolly the best shower I’ve experienced at a hotel but the AC wasn’t working properly; It didn’t want to come on under 73° so my nights rest was not comfortable.

Once we got to our hotel the staff was great! However, our room had no heat and the key fob would not work and it took forever to get them to fix it. The heat never ended up working so they gave us a space heater to use for heat. They only compensated us with a breakfast voucher.
