Now that I 've stayed 2 nights., the inn is conveinently located to both airport snd train station. I found out the hard way that.you should make arrangements with Uber or Lyft. Cabs are not plentiful. Inn manager tried to assist me with cab my first night from train station. He explained both he and his wife experienced the same difficulty when they first came to Flagstaff. Rather than lament what he had exoerienced, I wish he built better relations with supportive Transportation services. It was convenient. That's about all I can say. Bed much too firm a mattress and too difficult to climb into.

Good stay for price

Booked last minute. Good place to stay for a quick turnaround. Not a lot of amenities (coffee maker, toiletries, ice) but was good for our stay. Also, only gave a 2 towels for a party of 3.

The a/c in our room barely worked, there was a weird smell and holes in the blankets. But the worst part was the fact that they don't tell you about the extra $20 fee PER PET until the confirmation email AFTER after you've paid for the room. it's a complete rip off

Advise to stay elsewhere

Nice people and clean property. But, super flat pillows, hard bed, no hair dryer, no counter, no amenities, basic basic cable. The front desk has a shower curtain with a picture of the grand canyon for decor. Room charge of $16 applied to each room. Hotels.com quoted a lower last minute price not honored at check in.

Very basic, it served as a place to sleep

Service was great as well as the location and easy to find. Didn't really feel price matched what I paid for(overpriced for the outdated quality of everything). Walls were paper thin and the mattress had a crinkly moisture pee pad covering so moving around on the bed made a nice sound.

Quiet, close to "downtown" But place do need a refurbishment. My room had a huge gap between door and floor, not the biggest problemm when warm,but... Bedcover had 2 big holes on top. Then some "plastic" material not breathing between bedsheet and bedmadrass.
