Review of the property

I have photos but the app will not let me load them. The curtaims has sheetroxk mud on them . Globs of sheet rock mud on wall above entertainment center. Walls around mirror and shower was not complete with some areas needing paint. The air-conditioning unit hummed and viberated room when compressor on unit kicked in. Wakeing me up everytime it did. Not a pmeasant stay. Thank God it was just for 1 night and i had my own bed set to sleep on.

Great property and good prices. The location is great, rooms are always clean, the staff is excellent, the rooms have a microwave, fridge, and an actual freezer (not those pathetic ones that are a part of a fridge like most other hotels have) and if you DoorDash something it is there ridiculously quickly. The wifi is fast and reliable, pillows are EXCELLENT, and they have small desks to work at. I stay here any time I have to work up in Flagstaff.

Not worth the money!

The front desk knew nothing about the local area and could barely speak English. The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The room itself was very outdated, the bed was very worn and very soft and uncomfortable.

EXCEPTIONAL BAYMONT

We continue to book our stays at this location anytime and every time we visit Flagstaff. Our son attends NAU, so we are there in Flagstaff very often. We have never had any issues nor concerns during our stay at this location. The front desk staff is always friendly, courteous, helpful, and answers any and all questions that we have. The room service is always on par. 100% providing anything we need from clean towels to toiletries to garbage liners. Any of our needs that we need to have met. They have always met them patiently and timely. Anyone who asked me where they should stay when they go to Flagstaff. I recommend this property first and foremost above any other location there in Flagstaff Arizona. I think that the staff there is a shiny example as well as the cleanliness of the property the room and the value for what you get including breakfast is exactly what should be offered and provided by any and all properties. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you a little bit about how much we enjoy this Baymont by Wyndham location

It has alot of black mold in the bathroom. Dirty and banked up furniture missing knob on night stand. Room dirty i have pics. Pool copping half pilled up. No coffee and empty breakfast bens. Keys didn't work half the yime e en after getting new ones in room 137 wish you would go look for yourself. Drapes falling down and dirty. Bed creaky.
