Perfect!

Perfect Family Christmas Vacation!
What a wonderful family vacation with my grown children and their families! This was our first time to take a vacation over Christmas (including Christmas Day). We had 14 people in our group, 10 adults and four children. Age ranges of the kids were 1-12. The house was very clean and had the perfect layout for our group to either spend time together in the common area or retreat to another section of the house. There was even a well-placed Christmas tree in the living room so we were ready for Santa. :) The amenities for the baby, having the crib in the master bedroom and the high chair worked out perfectly. Our little one discovered “the stairs” while we were there, and we were wishing we had a baby gate, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We also took advantage of the hot tub and the fire pit. The kids loved the sleds in the garage and had a big time on a nearby hill. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need to cook with!! After reading the reviews of others, we did bring extra trash bags. With a group our size, I would recommend bringing some extra general cleaning products to wipe down counters and stove after cooking. In the event you needed something, though, the grocery store was only about five mins away. The proximity of the house to the ski base was very close and a short drive to other winter attractions that we took advantage of.

Family Fun!
This was the perfect home for us. Fabulous beds, baths, and incredible location! We will return to this beautiful home! We spent lots of time on the deck, in hot tub, and enjoying the views. The kitchen has anything you need to cook a complete meal. We’ve stayed in many homes, but this one tops every one of those home. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Overall we had a terrific stay. The house was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen with supplies to do our own cooking. The views from the patio and deck were amazing of the mountains. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The bedsheets in one room were not clean, and there is one bath towel per guest; and the laundry detergent was empty. Fortunately I brought some so we were able to wash the sheets and towels.

The home we stayed in was the perfect fit for six adults and six kids (5-12 years old). Each couple had their own room with a king-size bed, TV, and bathroom while the kids were excited to share the bunk beds. We were able to find everything we needed and felt comfortable the moment we walked into the property because it is clean, organized, and well-kept. You’ll have a difficult time finding a place with better views to wake up with in the morning and admire as you unwind in the evenings before bed. Both of my kids were sad when it came time to head home because they had so much fun. Should we plan another trip to RMNP again, I think all of us would be more than willing to book this beatiful home again.

Amazing family vacation
We are a family of 10 and this house offered us fantastic views. It was minutes from the grocery store, snow sports and restaurants. It was big enough to allow adults to hang out up stairs and kids in the basement. Lots of space and very well set up. We had a blast!! We will definitely book again.

Great family get away.
My three kids and seven grandchildren ages 12-16 spent a week and greatly enjoyed our stay and the area. We visited Granby, Rocky Mt Natl Park, Winter Park, Estes Park and Vale. We found plenty to do and see.

Great property!
This house is in a great location and accommodated my family very well. Check in was almost a bad situation. The water was off and the fridge has been turned off and water standing in it from the ice maker melting. We found instructions to turn on the water and got the fridge back on. Everything was all good after that.

Great house, location, and views
The house was perfect for 8 adults and 6 kids. We prepared many meals at the house and had all kitchen supplies available. The views are amazing, and was very close to ski base and pool. We would come back. Only issue was trash limit. For a house that sleeps 14, 4 kitchen trash bag limited is impossible for a week stay to avoid $75 fine. I think we were over that in 2 days. Luckily one of us brought a truck and we were able to put in back….if this is the limit then there should be a dumpster to dump excess trash. We typically stay at a Vrbo 3-4 imena a year, and second time at granny ranch and we’ve never experienced trash limit…

Amazing property!
This house come fully stocked! Plenty of condiments, spices, paper towels, etc. no more wasting items because they get thrown out when you leave. The location was amazing and the owner was very communicative when needed. We will definitely be back next year for our annual trip.

Very nice well maintained property!
What a view from the back deck! You can see the ski area as well as the valley. Plenty of room, outdoor eating and seating with a nice grill. We thought that the well stocked kitchen was a very nice and unusual bonus. We've been to several places that didn't even have salt. The house has two great living areas that make it easy for larger groups to be able to separate. The Bullfrog hot tub was great and ready to go! We'll be back next year!

This property was awesome! Great view and perfect home for our family. There were 13 of us including kids and everyone had a great time! We even got to see fireworks from the rodeo in town after others were cancelled. All in all a great time. Only concern was for trash limit. We dumped 9 bags ourselves and still left seven bags. We were there for 5 days..

Great stay
This property was perfect for our two families. The kids mostly resides in the basement and the adults upstairs. There was plenty of room and the location to Granby Ranch skiing was really convenient. We had everything we needed to cook meals, play in the snow and pass the time when the ski resort shut down. We would definitely stay here again.
