Very noisy and the beds have casters, meaning they move. I had to stuff paper into them to stop the bed moving when I leaned on the back board or my partner got in.

I will never go back to this hotel again. With the weather being cold the radiator didnt work. Was given a small heater, which didnt do much. Asked for another and after numerous calls and going down to reception twice i got one. The facilities were apalling. In the norning at check out, asked to speak to manager or a contact. They just gave me a card. Didnt even ask whats the complaint.

This hotel has a bar and good food options on property but is also across the street from The Square shopping mall which offer more dining option within walking distance along with great shopping. The rooms are a nice size and room amenities are replaced regularly. My only complaint was the room was too hot even with the radiator off and window open and fan on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and underground parking is very convenient.

One inside, the hotel is a joy. The reception and facilities great. It's age is showing where things are tired, broken or just old. The menu will benefit from having some healthy options - no salads currently. Road noise an issue in some rooms

We believe this is one of the best places we have stayed in. The only complaint we had was being told the staffing was thin due to an event that every one was prepping for. The roooms were great the people were outstanding.
