It’s not among the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, but there was nothing to make it special or enjoyable either. There are lots of other options in the area and I would investigate those options before staying here again.

The hotel was OK. The exterior door was never locked for safety. The check-in and check-out were disorganized. The equipment for check-in was not functioning. Through Expedia we designated a pet would be with us. Management said it didn't know and Expedia hadn't told them. Also, we had to pay a "Destination Fee" of approximately $13 a day, which we never heard of...ever. Finally, the management struggled to communicate clearly.

At check in the associate was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier. I tried to tell him that instead of 4 people there was only going to be 3 due to an illness. Also, I tried to find out why we were being charged another $32.00 at check in. At first I think he said it was for incidentals. Then he said there were no charges for incidentals. So confusing.

Adequate at best
Room was clean with comfortable beds. WI-FI was terrible. Lacked attention to detail - elongated toilet had a round seat, table in dark corner is nice, but no light, Breakfast was meager with no eggs, no meat, no decaf coffee, and no yogurt, just cold cereal, bagels or English Muffins and waffles all in a crowded room. We would choose another place next time.

We arrived at the hotel to check in and the room was not yet ready at 3:45 pm. The stuff was not so friendly and the system was down. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, horrible smells, very dirty and we even found an old pizza in the room.

Traveled 12 hrs., got there after 8 pm (had called), was told there's additional $36 service fee to stay (?). Room looked clean, hallways had odor. Side outside door to rooms had no lock, so anyone could just enter without use of door key card.

The bathroom had a strange layout with the sink being outside on the other side of the room. The TV didn’t work all night. There was no internet connection, therefore we could not watch tv. It kept telling us to restart the router. Wouldn’t stay here again
