It was a great establishment, only thing that we had a slight problem with, was the loud music next door. But we do realise that theres nothing that can be done about that. But a great stay and will be happy to book there again!

Great spot for a quiet couples get away!!! Room was amazing as was the view and the staff. Only thing that was a small inconvenience was the lifts were slow to arrive however the hotel did email advising work was being done to them prior to the visit. Aside from that was amazing will definitely visit again

Property is undergoing some upgrades which I understand. Staff were friendly and helpful which was great. Towel rack in bathroom is bent down and slightly loose. No exhaust fan in bathroom made the mirrors fog up and hard to breath in a hot shower. Other than that the room was great. Talked to many guests while waiting for the elevators and while in them, and the biggest problem is the elevators. They are incredibly slow and seem awkward to use. Other than that we had a great stay and will be back. Thanks for having us.

Close to everything you need, restaurants, bars , pacific fair shopping centre, the Gold Coast tram. The property is excellent very clean, modern and tidy. Will definitely stay again.

Loveliest reception staff. Cleaning staff too. The foyer is undergoing renovation's but the reception area is still very functional. The lift queues could occasionally bank up but we absolutely loved our stay. Parking is available to public so your space can’t be guaranteed however reception were able help us find a spot. They were really lovely-makes such a difference.

This property is excellent. The rooms are nice, the pools are great. The staff were very friendly, parking was easy to get into. Although they oversold parking on the Saturday night and we had to park beside the parking spots. BUT, the wait on lifts to your room is terrible. It doesn’t matter what time of day you’re waiting a long time. At one point we were waiting 15mins because each lift said 5mins and then they were full. It truly, truly ruins your stay when you’re waiting like this. And I remembered that this is why I stopped choosing this hotel previously so it can’t be blamed on renovations and being one lift down.

It was a good stay. Could use more towels though especially when water comes out the shower even with glass door closed. Also, dont return your key card until you have taken your car out of the basement parking.
