Incredible stay - thank you Hilton team . From the warm welcome by Asuka at reception to the spacious beautiful clean room I can’t fault the service or the facilities- luxurious . The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay , texting you to ensure everything is as you want - amazing service. We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Gold Coast. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team was exceptional, and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel's location was also perfect, adding to the convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only downside to the hotel location is that it can get noisy during weekends.

Property is absolutely best possible location for Surface Paradise Rooms was small-but the upkeep was a little lacking - the body wash and conditioner were both empty - and when requested they replaced the body wash - but left the conditioner emty - at the sink there was another bottle of shampoo ! a bottle of body lotion -but no soap or hand wash Parking was adequate- but whilst there was disabled parking spaces - probably not enough - but worse the few available were almost always occupied - most by vehicles not displaying a disability sticker (something easily rectified as "to improperly occupy a disabled parking space without displaying ..." is a federal and state offence with a fine of $800 plus GST = $880 - surely a an appropriate signage and a willingness to enfore the law --> proceede to prosecution would help. During my stay - I was to occupy a disabled parking space just once - the evening of my first (of 6 nights) night

We got stuck in the elevators multiple times, staff couldn't have cared less. We also got charged twice for the parking after following the staffs instructions. Parking out front to check in is horrible. Room was okay but on par with other cheaper hotels.
