The hilton should be better, the little things that used to make it special are gone, no amenity packs, no toothbrush, no bath salts, juat some bodywash afixed to the wall. Also extrem staff shortage, I guess Management initiative, room was not cleaned by 16:30, after a whole day out, this is unexpectable. While the room was really quite nice, the noise from outside was unbearable, party till 3am and 5:30 rubbish collection. Don't bother with the Hilton, any hotel will do

Booked through app and only told about 5 star accommodation and there was no anything like it ... no robes, dirty grout in bathroom bed was not to die for television didnt work... then was told nobody could assist as i booked residence not hotel... It was a special occasion and i had prepaid only to be left very dissapointed

All I need to say is one word HILTON! Everything is above standard from the minute you arrive until it's time to leave. If you want to relax & enjoy yourself which is essentially what your holiday is for, then place yourself in the hands of these people, you will not be disappointed. Great work Hilton staff at all levels from Concierge, cleaning, reception, food & beverage & all the behind the scenes management, you all score 10 out of 10 with me. Thanks for a relaxing stay. P.S. I had to line up to check in which took some time waiting for other customers to ask many stupid questions There should be a online check in like other places do Awesome view and position in Surfers, right in the middle of everything I was lead to believe that I would have a spa or jetted bath in my room This was a really big let down for me Room was clean and beautiful looking There is no price list for the mini bar, I looked very hard for one, that's just not right considering how mini bars are notoriously overpriced

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family getaway for 3 nights and we were so impressed with the room that we got. We loved the ocean view and the look out to the shops. We could literally see everything. Everything was so close by including the beach too. It would have been better if they could do room service clean up everyday which they don't so we had to take the rubbish out ourselves and towels were needed to change as well. Hopefully something to think about it in the near future as the apartment were not cheap too.
