Property was spacious. Was allocated a parking spot (98) from memory. Car parked in the spot with sign above indicating permanent resident and that parking in the space was prohibited. Contacted the after hours number who unable to resolve till Monday (2 days into a 3 day stay). No contact was made on the monday.

We were given the incorrect amount of beds in our room and then charged extra to get the correct amount of beds. This has now been compensated but the receptionist was very unhelpful, basically blaming us when the error was between Wotif and the apartment.

We had an amazing stay. Our 3 bedroom was huge! So much space and it had all the amenities including the little touches like an umbrella and pool noodle & boogie boards for the kids. The views were great. To be able to walk across the road and be on the beach or grab a delicious merlo coffee was so nice and easy. Then to come back and go straight through the pool gate, just couldn’t get better, we loved it!

Overall a satisfactory condition. Stayed in 3 bed marina view (more like glimpses) unit 15 floor 3. Nice outlook over the pool with side on view to the water. Ammenities were clean mostly. Foyer had ply wood leading into the building which wasn’t a good impression at check in. Surrounding gardens waterways need some work. Nice flowing steam though green slime throughout quite dirty looking. The apartment itself was quite big and a nice layout. The issue I had that overshadowed the stay to frustration was the lack of air-conditioning throughout the unit. Not ducted and only one aircon unit in the lounge that kept turning off. You had to flick the safety switch at the internal switch board to make it work again temporarily. This is Queensland..!! There needs to be suitable air-conditioning throughout the unit including the bedrooms. It was my daughters birthday and we had to go out to a function and the girls could not even apply makeup properly due to the heat throughout the units. It was basically a sauna the whole weekend. Asked for assistance with the air and we were told to open the sliding doors to get the breeze. It was 35 degrees celsius..!! There really does need to be some cosmetic care for this place. Has potential due to location though the lack of air-conditioning throughout the building really was a deal breaker for us. I do have to say the receptionist was very nice and polite and allocated a 2nd car park so we appreciated that.. 3.5 stars at most for me..

We really liked this massive apartment. It has board games, a full laundry etc. Very clean and well kept and a lovely quiet place to sleep in walking distance to nice areas and a short Uber to SeaWorld etc. My only concern was that the pool was closed for repair, which was a bit disappointing and I think could have been communicated prior and perhaps a discount offered. Having a pool is kind of a quintessential part of a holiday on the Goldcoast but there is a very close beach and park so still plenty of outdoor fun to be had.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom budget unit. View was superb and the unit was spacious, however it does only have aircon in the living area and no ceiling fans. This could be a problem in summer. Although the decor of the unit is dated, the view from the 25th floor makes up for it.

There are two GREAT things about this property: the views and the location. The property is immediately opposite the beach and we had outstanding panoramic views of the whales splashing just offshore, north up to Seaworld, south down Main Beach and south-west across the broader region. The property is immediately across the road from the surf club, which had a nice bistro. It's within easy walking distance of all the nice restaurants on Tedder St and an easy drive to the theme parks. The unit we were in (Unit 100 on the 25th floor) had the original 1970s kitchen and bathrooms and a mish-mash of furniture but most of the appliances had been updated and everything worked. Basement parking in our allocated space was also easy. My only complaint was that the unit above us was being renovated, which we weren't warned about when we booked the apartment, and the construction noise during the early morning and day was terrible. The renovations had finished by the time we left so I expect this was a short-term problem but it was disappointing that nobody warned us so we could have organised our out-of-the-apartment days around the noise.
