This is such a beautiful and unique hotel. The Christmas decorations and lights were spectacular. They really go above and beyond. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our early check-in without a problem. It is an old hotel, so don’t expect all of the modern amenities, but that is part of the charm. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The shower head was a bit low and it took a while for hot water but they do warn you about that up front. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, and the hot springs are directly across the street. The fire pits and fountain are really nice. We really enjoyed our stay will definitely stay again.

Loved the unique atmosphere of Hotel Colorado and all of the history behind it. Will definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were clean and neatly decorated, the lobby and restaurant/ bar were cozy.

First stay here and it’s charming and historic. However, The beds are not very comfortable and there were stains on the carpet in our room. Cool experience but not in tip top shape. Yes, I know it’s old but needs some love. No fridge or microwave in the basic king bed room if you’re planning on bringing drinks or snacks. Cool to visit once though.

Charming Holiday Stay with Decorations and History
Hotel Colorado is a charming historic building. It is not, then, a modern hotel. For example, the heating is via an old school radiant heater that has a knob you rotate to turn on/off. The hotel was decorated with lovely holiday trimmings and there were a lot of pretty light displays in the courtyard. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

Very Festive!
Stayed over New Year’s!!! Very Festive! Decorations were amazing! Obviously, being a very old hotel, we expect some wear and tear, our room was cozy but there were things that can be updated. Restaurant was good, nice coffee shop and very friendly staff! Would stay again!
