What I found disturbing about this place was their one-person price structure. When you book a room for two, the price increases. They also charge additional for parking. I wish they would just be transparent up front and include it it the advertised price that comes up in a search.

The hotel and room were adequate but I'm really disappointed this facility choose to hammer guests with a $14 parking fee. This is a hotel with plenty of parking in a rural town. This is greed-flation at its worst. You guys got me once with this surprise fee, but I'll never stay at your hotel again.

Affordable

We spent the night on a golf trip. A nice motel in a small community. The bed was great! The room clean and comfortable. This was my 3rd stay at Grand River and I'll always stay there. I wish breakfast was included, but Wendy's and McDonald's is within walking distance or you can take a short trip up the road to the golf course and have breakfast at Callahan's.

Great clean and quiet place to get some rest. The price for the amount of room and cleanliness is something you can’t find in America anymore with everything being so inflated. I recommend this stay to anyone and I will stay there again if I’m in the area

It was clean and a nice stay, but the pillows were odd. They were small square hard pillows that felt more like a throw pillow than a bed pillow. Beware they also charge $14 per night to park!!

The hotel overall was nice enough. Was super disappointed about having to pay for parking $14, and then have to pay for the breakfast buffet $15. Won’t go back.
