Stayed here on a Saturday night. Check in staff were moody, bat staff were moody, restaurant staff were moody, leisure staff were friendly. They don’t do bar meals however the food is not very good anyway. I won’t stay here again and it was such a poor experience I probably won’t stay at a Doubletree again. Very poorly run hotel

Dear Tom,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in regards to your stay at the Westerwood. I am very disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your stay at the hotel on Saturday evening particularly the feedback on our team as normally the feedback we receive on our team is excellent. In terms of bar food, we serve food in our Grill restaurant during the daytime and then evening meals in Flemings restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. A warm friendly welcome. Room very comfortable.we enjoyed a great breakfast and the grill was very good. Being Coeliac I much appreciated the gluten free menu. We had early start one day and was given a pack up breakfast ordered the previous day. Returning in May just hoping for better weather.
