Thank you for your feedback, it is important to us so we can learn from it and improve. You are correct in saying we are a historic hotel which is important to us and is one of the reasons we don't have a car park onsite but we do advise this on our website and in our pre-stay e-mail so I hope you were aware prior to arrival. USB sockets are being installed at the moment and to date 75% of the bedrooms rooms are done. Unfortunately sockets are not allowed in bathrooms in case of any splashes. We truly apologise for your breakfast experience, I can assure you this will be followed up on. We have since changed the coffee in all areas of the hotel so we now serve Alfredo coffee with breakfast. We are not a 5* hotel, we are 4* and we update on an ongoing basis so I do hope you will return again.
