If you aren’t able to provide pillows, or even a modicum of comfort to your guests, perhaps it is time to get out of the hotel business altogether.

Outdated and dirty

The hotel is in need of updates. The furniture in our room was covered in stains and worn out. The carpet was old and very dirty, there were stains on the carpet that then were covered by tables. We had to get help from the front desk because both tvs didn’t work, the main light flickered on and off and lightbulbs were burnt out. They did have a maintenance person come to fix things. The pool is an additional charge because it is operated by the connecting hotel next door. There is a sign posted to say the hotel is not run by Country Inn and Suites. Breakfast was fine, bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable but did have a stain on the coverlet.

This chair was flaking of pieces pleather.

These chairs need a deep clean or should be replaced

More stains on sofa and punctures in cushion.

Door was broke. Bed was broke. Bathroom light didnt stay on. Curtain fell off hanger. Floors were dirty. No syrup for the waffles. And the front desk lady was very rude ...i apologize for showing up and making her work.

Excellent hotel staff, tho I ended up with 2 rooms, and paying for 2 rooms, because hotels.com told me my reservation wasnt confirmed when it actually was.
