Sparkling Clean and Awesome!
Family overnight getaway with two boys, two dogs and the two of us. We had a two room jacuzzi tub suite. I have to say that the room description undersold it - it’s so nice. Huge bedroom, big living room with foldout sofa, kitchen and gas fireplace. Enormous bathroom with shower and huge corner jacuzzi. It was also probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in - and I’m 50 and have traveled a good bit and generally not to luxury hotels. Check in was simple. Access and parking are great. Large dog walking area with dog waste bags and trash cans. Really good hot breakfast in the morning. Will be back frequently for a little breather trip from our stressful life!

Called because I left my pillow. It was in a white pillowcase. Was told it wasn’t left then got a call back saying they didn’t change the pillow cases when they cleaned the room so they didn’t realize. Gross.
