Visiting Monarch Casino Resort Spa with family and friends was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the resort. One of the highlights of our trip was the buffet—it was absolutely incredible! The variety of dishes was outstanding, and every single item we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re a foodie or just love a good meal, this buffet is not to be missed. Another favorite spot for us was the coffee shop. It had a cozy, inviting ambiance that was perfect for relaxing after a fun day. The coffee was fantastic, and the service was quick and friendly. It quickly became our go-to spot to recharge and catch up with each other. The resort itself offered so much to do, and there was never a dull moment. Whether we were enjoying great food, exploring the amenities, or simply hanging out and enjoying each other’s company, every part of our stay was filled with fun and laughter. Monarch Casino Resort Spa is the perfect destination for a getaway with loved ones, and we can’t wait to come back for another visit!

No fun to gamble
We stay several times a year. May start looking else where. Tired of gambling at your tight slot machines. Stopped staying at ameristar because of the same issue. I don't expect to win a lot when i gamble but get tired of losing my ass at your casino and having to go elsewhere to win my money back. I can go elsewhere if it's just about comfort of the room.

had a terrible time checking in due to they said they would not valet my hummer. and i asked to talk to manger he was slightly confrontational and rude normally they park it right up front its not ugly vehicle and i tip well but they wanted me to park in far away spot and not covered and protected i have 15000$ in tools that i explained and they would not budge so i parked t Ameristar and walked back next time ill be staying at Ameristar.

Overall, the casino and resort met expectations. A few staff members were rude and not helpful. The dining was great. However, the elevator situation is terrible! LONG wait times and confusing.
