Ronnie at the front Desk was so very pleasant, professional, and kind. He was very knowledgeable with the area and helpful with any issues and questions. The in-hotel dining was excellent and the Elevators were very fast, so you were never waiting long to get down and up to your room.

We come here multiple times a year and definitely every Christmas. Love all the decorations for christmas. My family decided starting next year they want to try another hotel as this one is getting pretty dated , really dislike the parking fee now. This hotel is not convenient in anyway to walk anyway. Also with a child with dog allergies it has made it difficult to continue coming here since the rooms are not separated for pets and you cant get all of the dog hair and dander out of the rooms. I dont see a difference in non smoking rooms ( back in the day) vs non pet rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. My room was spacious and well-maintained, featuring two king beds that provided plenty of comfort. It was also very clean, which I always appreciate. The hotel is situated in a great location, with lots to do nearby, from shopping to dining and entertainment. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent amenities and a prime location. I will definitely be returning!

I loved how the room had the biggest bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I never had to use my travel size. Extremely convenient. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well. The rooms were always cleaned and made. I loved their hospitality.

For the price which is way over priced I expected better conditions, if you stay on a windy day the wind howls extremely loudly and shakes your windows and room to the point that sleep is not an option, found several bugs in my room and stains on towels, and sound travels up from the lobby no matter how high your floor I could hear very obnoxious guests carrying on throughout the night

Bears----dont care like employees
Was good except for the bears, didnt have anything in pickup but bear still ripped the bed cover up. Told the place the night before there was a bear on top of trucks tearing things up but they acted like it was no hig deal. I suggested someone like a security guard to detour the bears to protect the customers property and again i just get a shrug. Yes there are signs for bears but nothing was left in truck and the bears from memory just tear things up.

From stains on the walls both main room and bathroom, people in the parking lot with no parking pass, food in the pool, stains on my towels, our first room (817) door being broken/ not fitting into the door housing and the fix is putting wood shimmys in the door to adjust the height instead of fixing properly (which already had wood prior to the new wood being added) the wind howling to the point we couldn't sleep due to the poor insulation in our second room (402) which both shook the balcony window which is tolerable to shaking and whistling from the main door, the hallways full of garbage and people's room service sitting for over a day, and finally the worst is waking up to a bug in the bathroom crawling on my case of medicine which I had to shake off into the sink. In our first room our toiletries we're not replenished we had 1 towel, no body wash, no shampoo, half bottle of conditioner and a half used roll of toilet paper. Which I went downstairs and to get ourselves to refill.

Had a nice time with my family here. Nice hotel with a lot of things to do. Restaurants, bar and swimming pool with slide. Kids loved it. Be prepared to use the tram or drive to where you need to go because the drive up to the hotel is steep. We did get to enjoy a rather heavy snow the night before we left. Overall, I would recommend staying here, especially with kids.

We stayed here for our family vacation. The location was great, but the hotel itself was very dirty. We had hair in the shower upon our arrival and it looked as if it had months worth of grime. The pull out couch was not cleaned, as it still had old, dirty linens when we pulled it out to sleep. The pool had gross things floating in it everyday, meaning it hadn't been touched all week. We did like that it was shallow enough for toddlers to play. The staff was friendly. None of it offset how dirty it all was.
