Nice cabin with more than expected room. The shower drain was slow, washing machine made some weird noises and the gas stove wouldn’t light. Regardless of these small concerns we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Great location, cute & clean
The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 4. By far the location is the biggest selling point. It's right on the edge of town so easy to walk in one direction or drive away from traffic in the other. It would be better for a couple with no kids probably due to the size, but it was fine with our teenagers and the second bathroom is a big plus. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the lack of amenities provided. If they upgraded the towels and bedding and eliminated the need to pack paper products It would be 5 for sure. The good: location is perfect, walkable to downtown Gatlinburg and easy driving access to the bypass/National Park and Pigeon Forge; parking is right outside the door; nice river frontage The not-so-good: towels are tiny and rough - think hotel pool towels. The sheet was too small for the bed I slept on and it came off every night, making for less than ideal sleep. Very stingy with the bedding - nothing extra including nothing for the pull out sofa. One of the bedroom tv receivers didn't work and there was all kinds of signage warning us to leave it alone or we would be charged. Hot tub is fine for 2 but crowded after that.

Cabin was great! Excellent, quiet location and easily in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. My wife loved the coziness of it and the retro decor. Cabin was clean and check in was very smooth. Will definitely be back!

Short walk to strip.
We enjoyed staying at this cute little place near the strip. The stream in the backyard was so nice. Being able to walk to the strip was amazing considering the traffic was rough on the weekend. Wish there was some time of handrail on the back patio and the dryer makes and very loud noise when operating. Other than that we will absolutley stay here again.

Great place
I am so thankful I did not let the negative reviews keep me from trying out this place. I have so many good things to say about this cute little house. Fun surprise, there are 2 bedrooms. Not just 1. 2 rooms AND a sleeper sofa. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms worked like we needed them to. The washer and dryer were helpful. The little sunroom facing the creek is so peaceful. The fire pit was awesome. The kids loved the hot tub. The ONLY negative thing I have to say about this place is the porch/deck area has no railing to keep you safe from the ledge. This however did not keep us from enjoying our stay. We will be staying here again. During the last day of our stay, there was a fire that started in PF. The rental company kept us informed on the evacuation process. Fortunately we did not have to but they were very prompt in alerting us when necessary. I never felt unsure or concerned about our safety. Thank you Cabins 4 You!

Beautiful and walkable
Great weekend at the house. The river by the patio was amazing. The inside was super cute and way bigger than I expected. We did have an issue with the hot tub not working the whole time we were there but I would definitely stay here again.

Good, Bad, Ugly
The good. The location is convenient. The cabin is adorable. I loved that there was a second bedroom that wasn’t listed. Now the bad and ugly. To get into the neighborhood, there are no true signal lights. Just a flashing red and flashing yellow. That was dangerous to turn into the neighborhood and out of the neighborhood, as the location is central to downtown and it is heavy traffic. As far as the actual cabin, it was filthy. So filthy that I wore shoes the entire time I was inside and we didn’t use the tub or shower in the hall. There was black mildew all in the tub jets and the wall grout. The floors were so dirty I couldn’t even mop up all of the black filth. The creek in the back is amazing, but the stairs to get to it are broken. Being 6 weeks pregnant, we didn’t risk me climbing down the broken stairs. But my 6 year old and husband made the climb. It was a pain. Also, the back patio has no railing so that’s scary if you have children. Overall, we enjoyed it but had I known those things, I probably would have booked somewhere else.

It was okay. Not the cleanest.
The tile in bathrooms was mildewed and didn’t feel clean. Fireplace was musty smelling. The kitchen was amazing and well equipped. Couch in sunroom needs to be replaced. Whole in the middle and cannot sit on. King bed mattress in need of replacing.
