We love these condos
We love to stay in those condos because of the close proximity to Rocky Top sports complex. The WiFi Is terrible. This stay has been a little annoying from the front door code not working to the dryer being broken. Location will trump all of those things.

Wonderful location and a very spacious place to stay. Only thing I would recommend is replacing the front bedroom mattress. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo, we had a very good time and will recommend to our friends.

Warning read previous reviews
I should have read the reviews closer and not booked this condo. Problems in previous reviews that the management company said were fixed were NOT fixed. These complaints go back for years. The guest bedroom mattress does have a giant dip which makes it impossible to sleep in. The closet doors and curtains rods in the bedroom are broken. The carpet in the master is stained. The walls need repainting. And there wasn’t a clothes hanger in the place. The condo was roomy and with some maintenance could be a wonderful place. We thought it was overpriced for the issues we encountered. BTW we saw a bear in the parking garage. That was very exciting.

Smoky Mountain Visit
The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice comfortable air conditioning. Nice kitchen, family room and bedrooms. Some new paint could be in order and porch furniture needs to be restrained. Two things, one the mountain road to get to the condo is kind of scary and we were in a big Ford Truck. My husband did not like that road at all. Otherwise, thank you for the reasonable stay at a very comfortable condo.

Pros—location is awesome. The place is nice. There is parking under the building out of the elements. It is decorated nicely and feels spacious with 5 people. Cons—the mattress in the front bedroom needs to be replaced. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The building has trash under stairs at the bottom. Otherwise, it was perfect for us. Thanks.

Pros: LOCATION! Large condo Quiet/nice property that felt secluded Adequately stocked Cons: Desperately needs new mattresses. There was at least a 4-6 inch sunken spot. Surface level the unit looks OK and isn’t very old but once there you could Tell it definitely could use a little TLC (scuffed walls, broken blinds, dirty carpet).

A bit disappointed
The apartment was spacious and nice. It needs a new mattress in the front bedroom. The mattress has a one foot whole when you lay down. Could not sleep there had to sleep in the couch which is also weathered. The building needs better maintenance. We were there for 4 days and saw the same cup of coke sitting on the arm rest of the couch in the entrance to the elevator from the day we arrived to the day we left. The hallways could use pressure cleaning.

Condo was great. The WiFi didn’t work and I made several request to get it fixed. I followed all the directions and sent pictures to the property manager showing the issues. The issue didn’t get resolved.

The property was VERY nice. I highly recommend staying here. It was clean and updated.
The property was great! Very clean Everyone should know that there is no wifi and the tv in the second room is DVR only. The comforters were weird but we pulled them off of the bed. Flat screen TV in each room. Getting up the hill was a little scary. You are about 20 to 30 minutes away from most activities. If you have your own data plan, it will work well within the condo.

We had a nice stay in this apartment exept we were missing some like no wifi, gymnasium ,pool and jacuzzi too.The comforters need to be changed,although we purchased 1from Walmart .but we like the hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment very much.

Large, beautiful, exceptionally clean 2-bedroom condo
This condo is even larger and prettier than the photos show! My best friend and I had a wonderful 4-day getaway in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and were so happy with this condo. Things we loved: * Large, open floor plan * Tastefully decorated * Easy drive to G'burg/P. F. * Nice large grocery store very close (short drive) * We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked (Had everything we needed) * Extremely clean and well maintained Things that could be improved: (None of these would be a deal breaker!) * No wifi/internet (personally didn't miss it. I had my iPhone...) * That's about it! LOVED this condo...would return happily...would definitely recommend it!
