The hotel was great. We loved the pool and restaurant. Our only complaint was that the shower would change back and forth between scalding hot and ice cold several times every shower without adjusting the temperature.

Nice - convenient- poor parking
The hotel was nicely decorated . Parking was horrible - one vehicle pulling a small trailer took four parking spaces- other vehicles pulled in fire lane and blocked you in . Not enough towels left in room - and beds were hard ! The staff was very friendly ! The pool was cold ! Only one elevator that you had to stand and wait on . It was a good location.

The proper was cute and decorated for the Harvest Festival. The staff were super friendly. But the walls were super thin. I could hear everything. Our room was right outside where the staff do laundry on the first floor and we could hear them talking and being loud, even late. I was there for three days and never once got to use the hot tub. It was always full (with kids too).

This property is in a great location in relation to downtown Gatlinburg for food/drink and entertainment. The indoor pool area is great and was a HUGE hit with my 5 year old. The Lobby is very nice (looks more recently updated) and I would say slightly misleading. Once you step into the indoor pool area and the room areas you can tell they are older and dated. Those areas are in need of updating. The room for the most part was clean, but there were definitely areas that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time (a strange vent area in the bathroom was just covered in dirt and grime that was clearly visible). The bathroom was extremely small, toilet seat made you think it might break every time you sat down, and there was very little water pressure. This was my family’s first time foregoing a cabin to be more centrally located. While I think we would stay in a hotel again, I don’t think we would stay here again. It wasn’t bad by any means but I think when you spend the same amount on a hotel as you would for a cabin I want a little bit cleaner and updated hotel.

My only complaint is the restaurant in the hotel. Not worth the money. Evening staff was not welcoming. Never checked on us after receiving our food, and when we were able to flag our waitress down to ask for something, she displayed a bothered attitude.
