The location was close to the noisy main streets, but the hotel is located on a quiet side street. The room was nice & spacious. The lobby was lovely. We would definitely come back.

60s/70s Retro with a touch of modern. Staff is friendly and kind. Pool's and hot tub are dated but fun. Restaurant should be open all morning afternoon and evening but closes after breakfast and has odd hours. Rooms are nice for the age, beds are soft top memory foam or something like that, bathroom is a little cramped; door almost touches the toilet lol. Overall it is what it is for the $

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They were friendly and very polite. When I requested a crib, they brought one up right away. The restaurant in the hotel was good and I appreciated that you could order food or purchase quick snacks or drinks. The pool was amazing and well maintained. If you're staying in a room that is poolside, it may be a little noisy until the pool closes, although it didn’t bother me or my children. I would definitely return.

Loved the proximity to main street in Gatlinburg, everything was clean. Pool area was nice. Only thing I think they need to upgrade is restaurant food. Food was horrible, ordered chichen parm and it was cut up chicken pattie with no taste. Breakfast was no more than what I can get for free at other hotels.

My best friend and l went for 2 nights to go shopping and just enjoy ourselves. This hotel is about a block off the main road but trolley runs right outside the hotel. Awesome indoor pool and waterfall area stays open till 11:00. The staff was nice but hands off to Heta at the front desk, she was the sweetest young lady 😊 P.S. if you like real bears there was one in the parking lot!!

Didn’t know pool view meant walkway right outside our window and door. Had to keep curtains closed, no sheers so it was very dark.

No room safe; showerhead old and did not have adjustment for spray pattern, electrical outlet not working for bed lamp. Toilet was loose at floor mount(rocking). Air conditioner was very noisy.

I will not stay here again. Very much in need of updating and repair. Cobwebs all over the room. Cracks showing outside light around doors. Tv remote had dead batteries. The only thing good was the staff and the bed.

Great September Stay

This was a very budget friendly stay. The hotel has great amenities, staff and location. We were in one of their older rooms which still had everything I was expecting.
