Great place to stay!
Nice, spacious place. Updated and clean. Had everything we needed for a family of 5. Short walk to the strip, nice warm indoor pool, basketball court for the kids. Hubby and i loved the jetted spa tub in our room. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Was in for a cheer comp and it was an easy walk to the venue as well as the shopping area. Staff was very nice and helpful! Room was clean and very roomy!! Loved the makeup area that is essential when getting ready for comps! Definitely on our list of places to stay again!

We love staying at this hotel. But this time it was awful. We were located right next to the trash pickup. So around 3am it would watch us up with a trash truck beeping and people talking. It was frustrating because how do you get rest when you get woken up at 3am and it continues for a few hours.

The pictures that were posted in Hotels.com were not updated. I believe that one time, Exploria was probably quite elaborate however- there have been no updates. We requested a room with a fireplace and a view. The room that we had was much smaller than the pictures made it look. The fireplace did not work, it advertised that there was a stove top to cook on, and there was not. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave so we took food with us to cook and eat. There was no way for us to cook it without a stove top. In addition, it also advertise daily room service. There was no daily room service since it was a timeshare property. This was fine and they offered us to go to a given area between certain hours to exchange our towels. Unfortunately, those hours did not coordinate with the availability in our day. The front desk staff was very friendly. We had a full-size truck. We were not able to park near our room during the first night, but was fortunate that somebody left that we could get a special pass to park in a 10 spot lot. First come first serve area. Although we had a nice time, it likely would not be a place that we would return.

Awesome
I can not recommend this property enough. The 1 bedroom condo I stayed in was top notch. The kitchen was fully loaded and stocked and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The property was quiet and well maintained and within walking distant to all the attractions on the Parkway. The only drawback was the tight parking in the parking garage but it was worth it to stay in such wonderful accommodations. My husband and I have already booked for next December!

The shower took at least 5 minutes to get warm water. The bathroom didn't have a door, no one came and cleaned the room/ gave me towels,. Check in was hard to find. Elevator sounded like it was going to break and took a very long time to move.

We stayed in a studio on the property. It was mediocre at best. Several of the appliances were broken or didnt work well. It didnt look super clean, and we had multiple stink bugs in the room. This was likely due in part to the door not sealing shut. It was cold outside and you could see light and feel cold air coming through the door. None of this, however, was as frustrating as the parking. Granted, we were visiting at a busy time of year, but both nights we stayed, there were not enough parking spaces avaliable for us in the parking garage. We had to "make do" and park along a wall and hope no one would hit us. This is what the property asked us to do. It was incredily stressful and frusterating that they would charge us what they did and not have enough parking for guests. Finally, on the day of check out, our little one had gotten sick and we wanted to extend our stay an extra day to recover and give her more time to sleep that morning (checkout was at 10, and we had to do a couple of housekeeping tasks for them before leaving). When we asked, they said we'd have to check out at 10, and check back in that afternoon, and the room (Sunday going into Monday) would be $50 more than what we paid for it originally (Fri/Sat on a holiday weekend). That still doesnt make sense to me... Ultimately, we decided to stay at the Glenstone Lodge right next door. The room was nicer, it was $100 cheaper and the staff was friendlier. We will not be coming back to this place in the future

When we booked the room, we had the impression we’re gonna be in the same building close by as registration, but it wasn’t. It was down the road from there and then we thought the room was on one side of the building, but it wasn’t so we end up going on the other side of the building and it was so confusing so we got the room. It wasn’t too bad. First night. It was all right the second night it sucked because the second night a family showed up and they were very loud. We can hear their water running. I guess they must’ve been taking a shower and it was quite loud. We could hear them talk. It was like the walls must be real thin here so I called the front desk to complain. he was no help. He said they’re all like that I guess and he was very rude unprofessional and then I wanted to take a bath in the whirlpool tub and there was black mold coming out of the jets That did not work and I don’t believe it has been clean because there was hair floating .. so that was gross so when I went to return my keys back, the lady was no help she said did you call somebody? It was like 830 at night. I was like no so no I ain’t going back there ever. And I definitely had high expectations for this place. I give it two thumbs down. .. 👎👎 but when we booked our room, we went to pay for it and we already heard a woman complaining and she was just leaving herself and we were just arriving so what does that tell you….

We have stayed at Gatlinburg Town Square several times now and we are never disappointed. The rooms are spacious and clean. They are also sound proofed very well, the only noise I’ve heard from neighbors is the occasional running of water/showers. The property also offers several pools (one indoor and one outdoor, as well as a jacuzzi) and several games for kids (or even adults) to enjoy. Our favorite part about this property is the ease to get to the Gatlinburg strip. We are anticipating our next stay at Gatlinburg Town Square!
